Драйвер HP Mobile Data Protection Sensor версии 4.2.9.1 для датчика удара. Автоматическая установка драйвера ACPIHPQ0004 для Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1 и Windows 10. Ручная установка для Windows XP (версия 1.20.5.1 от 06 января 2011 года).
Внимание! Перед установкой драйвера HP Mobile Data Protection Sensor рекомендутся удалить её старую версию. Удаление драйвера особенно необходимо — при замене оборудования или перед установкой новых версий драйверов для видеокарт. Узнать об этом подробнее можно в разделе FAQ.

Product: Pavilion dv6
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Missing driver for ACPIHPQ00042&DABA3FF&0 (win 10 on HP Pavilion dv6) on windows 10. Getting a 3% battery (plugged in) there is no sign that the battery is charging.
Any help?

This package provides the HP 3D DriveGuard software for supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system. HP 3D DriveGuard protects the hard drive by «parking the heads» if the notebook is accidentally dropped or is abruptly impacted by another object.

Please start a new topic regarding the battery issue.
Installing the above driver will not solve the problem, and unfortunately I wouldn’t be able to help you with that issue.

Thank you for your quick reply and support.
This solved the problem of the driver in the device manager, thank you but the battery is still not charging, so the problem of the battery wasn’t solved as you advised, thank you I will start another thread for the battery issue.
