Product: Pavilion dv6

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Missing driver for ACPIHPQ00042&DABA3FF&0 (win 10 on HP Pavilion dv6) on windows 10. Getting a 3% battery (plugged in) there is no sign that the battery is charging. 

Any help?

Installing the above driver will not solve the problem, and unfortunately I wouldn’t be able to help you with that issue.

Thank you for your quick reply and support. 

This solved the problem of the driver in the device manager, thank you but the battery is still not charging, so the problem of the battery wasn’t solved as you advised, thank you I will start another thread for the battery issue.
