Hello
I have trouble finding the right driver for my «UCM-UCSI ACPI-Device» in my EliteDesk 800 G4 TWR. Hardware ID is ACPIVEN_USB&DEV_C000. I already installed all the drivers from the HP Website and also checked missing drivers with HP Support Assistant, but it also found nothing. Do you guys know which driver i need?

UPDATE: Mainboard had a defect, it did not recognise the «mini USB C card» properly. We exchanged the Board and now it is working perfectly.

UPDATE: Mainboard had a defect, it did not recognise the «mini USB C card» properly. We exchanged the Board and now it is working perfectly.

Данная страница загрузки содержит следующее программное обеспечение:
- драйвер версии 1.4.0.3 для 32-х и 64-х битных Windows 10/8.1/7.
Размер архива: 2.04 Мб. - альтернативные драйвера версии 1.3.0.0 и 1.2.0.0 для 32-х и 64-х битных операционных систем семейства Windows.
Размер файлов: 1.67 Мб. и 8.12 Мб.
В редких случаях установку необходимо производить вручную, например, через Диспетчер устройств.
После окончания процесса инсталляции рекомендуется перезагрузить ПК.

1. Скачайте необходимый файл. Розархивируйте его в какую-нибудь директорию.
2. В диспетчере устройств выберите устройство, которое требует установки/обновления драйвера.
3. Правый клик на этом устройстве и выберите — обновить.
4. Укажите директорию с распакованными файлами и нажмите ОК.
