All-in-One Messenger is a blessing for those who are handling and managing multiple accounts. It can be tricky and confusing when you have to constantly switch between tabs, desktop apps, and windows just to check for updates. Thankfully, this extension can accommodate many different messaging platforms that are usually used both for sending personal and work-related messages. It supports up to 27 chat platforms like Facebook Messenger, Slack, Google Hangouts, WeChat, and WhatsApp. Once you have the extension installed, launching it would bring you to the application’s window where you will be greeted by all its supported messaging platforms. Once the app window is open, you can add the messengers that you wish to access through the ‘Add Messenger’ option appearing on the left-side panel.

There are a similar set of preferences that the user can enable for all the messengers, these include Enable notifications, Enable Audio, Enable Unread-Badges, and Spell Checking Language. By default, these options are enabled on the app. You can adjust the preferences based on your requirement and finally click the Save option. Once done, the messenger icon starts appearing in the Pin Bar appearing on the top of the app window.

You can also view all the saved messengers in the Your Messenger option under Settings. The Pin Bar is very convenient as it makes managing so many apps easy and eliminates the need to switch between multiple messenger applications or browser windows.

Desktop notifications:

All-in-One Messenger app displays the count of unread messages in your Pin Bar; in addition, it also informs you via Desktop Notifications.

Simply put, you get a consolidated view of all your unread messages hence, you never miss on important messages and your response is just one click away.

Customization features:

Along with supporting multiple services like Facebook Messenger, Skype, Hangout, Slack, and many more, this app lets you enjoy a beautiful customization experience that includes Dark Mode and Tab Theme options.

To enable Dark Mode, go to the Settings option from the left-sidebar and turn on the Dark Mode toggle present under the Appearance section.

Please note – Dark Mode in this app works only on the main all-in-one messenger application, meaning it does not enable dark mode on all the individual messenger apps that you are running on All-in-One. To disable a messenger, you can simply right-click on the app icon appearing on the Pin Bar.

When you disable a messenger the icon instantly turns grey indicating that the messenger is deactivated.

Now if you wish to completely delete a messenger, you can simply click on the Your messenger option and toggle over the messenger’s list. In doing so, the options to disable/delete appears, just click on the delete icon and click Ok to confirm your action.

Расскажем про лучшие из них.

Rambox

Одна из наиболее удобных и простых для использования программ-агрегаторов — Rambox. Чтобы начать ей пользоваться, даже не нужна регистрация. Просто скачайте клиент на компьютер, и начните общение.

В базовой бесплатной версии клиента для объединения доступно более 100 различных сервисов, что наверняка будет вполне достаточно 99% пользователей. А всего сервис поддерживает уже более 600 различных приложений, среди которых трудно не найти подходящего софта даже самому требовательному пользователю.

Помимо мессенджеров, здесь есть облачные сервисы, стриминговые и музыкальные платформы, приложения от Google, различные сервисы для планирования и заметок. Например, можно добавить в Rambox приложение «Сообщения» от Google, чтобы отправлять и принимать SMS прямо с компьютера. Это действительно удобно!

В общем, здесь есть все, что порой так необходимо держать в одном месте, не переключаясь из одной программы в другую. Еще один сервис со схожим функционалом, который позволяет объединить все приложения для общения в одном месте. All-in-On поддерживает 55 различных сервисов, что конечно значительно меньше, чем в Rambox. Впрочем, все наиболее популярные мессенджеры здесь тоже есть.

Клиент полностью на английском языке, но настроек здесь не так много, к тому же все интуитивно понятно и трудностей возникнуть не должно. В один клик можно менять отображение иконок приложений или переключится в темный режим, что делает сервис удобным еще и для использования в ночное время.

Также удобно управлять уведомлениями. Например, если вы хотите, чтобы вас не беспокоили уведомления из любого мессенджера, нужно кликнуть правой кнопкой мыши по его иконке и нажать во всплывающем меню на пункт «Disable Notifications».

Приложения для смартфонов

Для смартфонов все не так радужно. Все сервисы для объединения приложений не заменяют их, а лишь предоставляет к ним более удобный доступ. Мессенджеры, в которых вы привыкли общаться, так или иначе должны быть установлены в вашем смартфоне.

Drupe

Еще одно приложение — хаб для ваших мессенджеров, которое позволяет вам не ломать голову над тем, куда именно нужно отправить сообщение контакту, вспоминая какой из мессенджеров у него установлен.

Для того чтобы начать пользоваться, скачайте приложение DM Me из магазина Play Маркет, выдайте ему необходимые разрешения на получение уведомлений и разместите ваши мессенджеры в списке сверху вниз в порядке их значимости.

Когда нужно отправить кому-то сообщение, просто откройте DM Mе, и он покажет ваши общие с получателем приложения для общения. Нажмите на контакт, и DM Me автоматически откроет чат для связи в вашем любимом мессенджере, при условии, что он установлен и у вашего собеседника. Если такого мессенджера у собеседника нет, откроется следующее по значимости из вашего списка. Если же нажать на фотографию контакта, то DM Me сразу предложит на выбор мессенджеры, которые используете вы и ваш собеседник. Для комфортного общения контакты можно перемещать в избранные, чтобы они всегда находились вверху списка.
