Как узнать разрядность системы.
Установка драйвера в Windows 7
В программе, которая запускает установку драйвера Epson Stylus Photo R220, уже заложен архиватор. Поэтому пользователю не придётся тратить время на поиски и установку этого элемента системы. После запуска пакета установки следует нажать ‘Setup” – это инициирует процедуру установки.
Когда завершится процесс распаковки запуск установки произойдёт автоматически. В окне будет предложена пара принтеров. Кликаем левой кнопкой мыши необходимому. После этого нажимаем кнопку «Ок».
Следующим этапом будет прочтение лицензионного соглашения. Его прочтение необязательно. Возможно кнопка «Accept» будет заблокирована пока соглашение не будет промотано до конца. Поможет в этом полоса прокрутки.
Весьма странным этапом является указание региона, где будет использоваться принтер. Фактически можно не выбирать что-то, соответствующее действительности. Можем просто выбрать Others. Влияет это на установку дополнительных элементов, отвечающих за восприятие дополнительных кодировок. Нажимаем кнопку «Ок», чтобы подтвердить решение.
Последнее окно подсказывает, что принтер нужно подключить. Если нажать “Manual” откроется окно с руководством по использованию принтера. Если клацнуть “Cancel” установка будет завершена.
Подключать принтер по требованию необязательно. Драйвер уже установлен. При правильном подключении принтера он сможет печатать сразу.

EpsonNet Print is utility software that provides printing that does not require a dedicated server for printing using a TCP/IP network (peer to peer printing). Normally when printing via a network with a Win 9x OS, a server (such as Windows NT Server, Novell Netware etc.) is required to manage the print queue in the network environment. However, by installing this software on the user PC, this restriction is eliminated. Since 1997 EPSON has made available similar functions with the TCP/IP direct printing function in EPSON Printer Window! 2 (overseas name: EPSON Status Monitor 2) and EpsonNet Direct Print, however this software is now positioned as the successor to these peer to peer printing tools (EPSON standard network printing tool), and it has the following features.
