This model and Operating System is not supported by Dell.

Remarks: This system won’t run Windows 7 32 bit very well as it is an old model and the cost of a license probably is more than the entire laptop is worth.

The video capability is below system requirements the Vista GM915 HP driver will work for WIndows 7 32 Bit but not Windows 8.1 32 Bit.

Recommended Hardware Upgrades

It is recommended 2 GB of RAM to be installed. Windows 7 32 bit won’t install unless you have at least 1 GB of RAM installed.

The hard drive interface is IDE and hence a SATA SSD cannot be installed.
