hello, i’ve tried and i thisnk box is ok, but the smart carg is not recognized.. when i point to the drivers given it do not acept, i only can install selecting from the data base of windows 7. but the card does not apear on Shell |

После установки Shell дрова на Egate лежат в папке Z3X Card Driver.

сам бокс работает хорошо, проблемы только с карт ридером. Выглядит они так: При подключении бокса к любому порту Windows устанавливает дрова USB Token Device и моментально вылетает в синий экран, а затем перезагрузка. Чтоб все заработало, нужно загрузиться в безопасном режиме, установить дрова принудительно выбрав из списка, затем перезагрузиться в нормальном режиме. После, не отсоединяя бокс, нужно обновить драйвера установленные в безопасном режиме, windows снова поставит USB Token Device, но при этом не вылетает в синий экран, в итоге ридер работает, карта определяется. НО!!! это все работает до первой перезагрузки или переподключении бокса. Затем шаманство нужно повторить :icq20:.
Я для себя нашел выход, благо под рукой есть Fenix Key. Через ридер феникса работает корректно. Но уже заказал отдельный Card Reader для этого случая и установил XP, благо в ней проблем нету :icq01:
Перерыл весь инет, похожей проблемы не нашел, пишу здесь, может кому будет полезно.

Ребята у кого работает на 7-ке какая стоит винда(хоме, максимальная и т.далее) Было замечено что на разной винде притом с одного диска по разному ставятся устройства.
Вообщем немного посидев на форумах и почитав все решения нашел более подходящий:
Что имеем win7 проф. обновил ее ничего не помогло.
1 .Infinity-Box_Drivers_v1.5.rar скачал эти дрова и установил их на свой ноут
2.подключил бокс он определился как смарт-карта (удалил) после удаления обновил устройства и направил путь уставновки в папку Infinity-BoxDrivers
принудительно установил
Шел определил номер карты и дал возможность скачать обновления.
Windows 7
1. Connect box (dongle) to PC USB port
2. Install drivers from folder: x:Program FilesInfinityBoxDriversBoxe-gate_Vista_W7
2.1. go to «Device Manager»
2.2. press right mouse button at «e-gate USB Smart Cards» — «Cyberflex e-gate» and select «Update Driver Software…»
2.3. select «Browse my computer for driver software»
2.4. select folder with drivers «C:Program FilesInfinityBoxDriversboxe-gate_Vista_W7» and press «Next»
3. Your system have new device:
1. Smart card readers -> e-gate Smart Card
Это с мануала инфинити (решение проблемы не мое, вычитал на черном форуме как предложение сделать имено так)
Вообщем решение проверено и протестировано Все работает, единствено что нужно будет сделать это обновить смарт -карту но уже с папки z3x? счас сделаю картинку.
Проблема осталась в том плане что если вытащить бокс то опять синий экран.
Пока в штопоре, боюсь что намешал драйверов кучу что система не может понять что я от нее хочу, если у кого есть win 7 без лишних дров попробуйте.

Продолжаю тему, вроде как нашел решения с не установкой драйверов на некоторых версиях windows 7. решение заключается в найзеных мною на просторах инета драйвера для какой-то программы , проверил работает нормально даже если отключить от usb не вылетает в синий экран. Драйвера для 32-64 бит. Пробуйте и опишите у кого не получилось. Да и в безопастном режиме поудаляйте старые дрова, пока не почистил не смог подключить бокс, вылетал в синий экран.
Не обращайте на ошибку смарт карты она не нужна, запускаем софт и радуемся.
Вот где качал дрова *ttps://ibank.bank-hlynov.ru/instr/iBank2KeyReinstall.html все делаем по схеме сначала установили дрова потом только подключаем бокс.

Самое главное что и у тебя работает, хотя эти проблемы должен решать суппорт.
Поддержка плиз вытащите с этого софта нормальные дрова и добавьте их в поддержку бокса.

У меня не работает windows7 при запуске Z3X:icq04: А вообще пока только XP нормально поддерживается большинством оборудования. (Так же как когдато можно было работать только из под доса.)

правой клавишей на дровах выпадет менюшка там запуск с правами администратора или поставь TeamViewer 6 потом кинеш айди и пароль и удаленно посмотрим что ты не так делаеш

Пока работает но никак немогу установить драйвер на смарт-карту в диспечер устройстве она стоит на него ненашол драйвер скачал с 10-го поста и установил непомогло
