на 1.13 запускается но не работает нифига Fire-X, да работает все. Это уже, конечно, не честно, но… Добавил на все, что только можно мф по 155% (максимум, сколько можно влепить), невозможность заморозки на шлем. И лайфстил и манастил на стволы: 10% и 15% соответственно. А, ну, плюс еще замаксил владение топором для вара. Так то мечи использую, но нашел хорошие топорики. Ну, и импортировал сет Короля и Бул-Катоса. Не с моими нервами знаете ли шастать по Аду с тем тряпками, что на мне, которые устарели как только я их нашел.

Бомбический редактор! В пределах одного кольца столько читерских свойств добавил Разбирался долго, но понял что к чему, вот только не нашел функцию которая отвечает за бесконечное количество предметов, стрелы хотел себе запилить, что бы не париться с пополнением колчана

На 1.13 LoD отлично работает. И никаких трейнеров не надо, прописал 5000 хп, маны и стамины и пошел гулять. Да мерку воткнул шмотку с 14.000 защиты и плюсом к характеристикам, чтоб не дох с полупинка. Только установщик подозрительно громоздкий для такой небольшой программы, но это всё моя паранойя говорит, да.

кстати там нет функции бесконечных стрел, такого параметра нет в игре. Есть стрелы и они не кончаются. Вставил колчан и забыл о стрелах.:

click on inventory then look to the top right half of the screen is «Description panel». Below that in the lower right corner of the screen is where Item Decode option is displayed.

When loading a brand new (necromancer) character file from 1.14d, I get an ERROR window with the following message.
«Item Code (`sc) not found.»
Clicking «OK» gives me the following error.
«Trying to process item with unknown format.
This item will be deleted from character inventory.
WARNING: There may still be corrupt items in your inventory.
In options tab, select «Complete Checking (slower loading, but safer)’,
and try loading this file again.»
The complete checking is set in options, and the item it seems to remove is the starting wand. Is there a problem?

Update: In fact, the program failed to create a basic wand with +1 raise skeleton on it, and pops up similar errors when trying to use the item editor. I’ve ensured that «item decode» is set to 1.10-1.13, and it was by default. In fact, everything is set how it is apparently supposed to be.
I’m running windows 8.1, and have successfully used Hero Editor 1.04 with the previous version of Diablo with no problems.

Update 2: Nevermind, I found the solution. I had forgot that my PC region was temporarily set to Japanese (to play some Japanese games), even though the language was set to English. Changed it back and now it works fine. Sorry for missing that. ^-^»

You’ll have to follow the path C:UsersUSERNAMESaved GamesDiablo II and select the character from there. The «USERNAME» will be your username on the computer.

A bit late but I’ve since found the fix. Seems hero editor is looking for a registry value for «Save Path» but the new blizzard installer doesn’t install this value. Fix instructions are:
1. Open Regedit as admin
2. Browse to HKEY_CURRENT_USERSOFTWAREBlizzard EntertainmentDiablo II
3. Add a new value (String Value).
4. Call it «Save Path» and set the value to the location your save files are in eg C:UsersUSERNAMESaved GamesDiablo II

dude thanks. i managed to find it. although in my case there was already a save path and it was labeled new save path. i still did add another string and copy pasted the value from new save path has C:UsersxSaved GamesDiablo II and it worked. Again many thanks — from someone who isnt tech savvy.

So I’m not sure what to do. I just downloaded diablo 2 from blizzard, and I have version 1.14. I’m trying to use hero editor for single player mode. Every time I press open on hero editor, it tells me that it cant find my diablo game. From the research that I have done, I think it has to do with the save file? I think before the patch the save file was C:Program File (x86)Diablo IIsave .After the patch it got changed to C:UserscharlesSaved GamesDiablo II. Well I have gone into regedit under NewSavePath and I have changed the code to the first one. After I do this, I go back into the game, and I have tried making a new character and saving it. As soon as I do, the code changes right back to C:UserscharlesSaved GamesDiablo II. And hero editor cant find my game or my character. What am I doing wrong? Would it be easier to find a older version of diablo and download that one? If I do that, will I have a hard time with it finding my characters if it gets patched to the new version?

Edit: Nevermind, it actually works. After you get error, just go into the location of your item and you still be able to import them.

This is an old program written in VB6 for XP. You may search google for VB6 issues relating to your Operating System version. Works fine for me in Windows 7 and previous versions of windows.
These are some suggestions you can try.
-Run the application in XP compatibility mode
-Check to see if your OS has VB6 runtime file installed.
-Allow program to run with admin permissions.

hi,
i used this program just to uncheck «Akara has Reset Stat/Skill Points» in normal.
now i can’t access act5 normal anymore in the game, because i can’t hit the tab «V» in the waypoint-menu.
why is that? any idea how to fix or avoid it?
still have the original char-file.

found a work-arround by creating token of absolution.

Quests have a myriad of flags set before you can advance to the next act waypoint.
All I can say is be careful. It takes a bit of playing around before you know what you can get away with to partially reset some of the Quest Flags. I’ve borked characters this way myself, but always managed to be able to undo changes & make it work again.
I never need to reset respec with HeroEditor or use token, since I coded infinite respec into the game.

You will not find any bots or hacks or dupes here. I respect the game hack free and I think the game would have been insanely good without the dupes, hacks or bots. I don’t have anything against trainers as they are exclusive to single player and I think that people can do whatever they want (even botting) as long as it’s single player.
Hero Editor/Trainer
Hero editors or trainers are used for single player editing of characters. The one that works across multiple versions of Diablo II, including 1.13, Pluggy and the newest official version — Hero Editor v1.04
Now please take this with the following consideratoin — Playing single player has been more and more popular in the recent years, especially with the Pluggy mode. People are playing legit characters and gearing themselves with self-found items. This is what Diablo II is all about. Trainers ruin this good feeling easily. It might feel like a good idea to give yourself a little start with a trainer but believe me — this will not last long and disappointment will soon kick in. If you still think you want to use a trainer, continue and download on your own caution.

Instructions:
Install works on Windows 10 without any issues. Install and run. Open your character file (.d2s)
You can then edit stats, levels and pretty much everything
Another useful feature is to export/import items from your characters. More about it in the next section
The trainer will not load your Diablo 2: Resurrected d2s files directly but what you can do is edit a Legacy character (such as 1.14) and once finished, copy its d2s file from the Legacy directory to the D2:Resurrected directory. More info on locations below

- Diablo Patch 1.13 (+ PlugY) — Inside the Diablo install folder under /Save folder
- Diablo 2 Patch 1.14+ — %userprofile%Saved GamesDiablo II (you can directly copy/paste this in File Explorer/Run)

This is a huge collection of .d2i item files for Diablo 2. It is a collection to which I have personally contributed a lot, especially with my own self-found unidentified unique and set items.
You can import/export these items as item files through a trianer such as the Hero Editor. The items are in a .d2i format. You can import items from the library to gear up an experimental build or just to start with an already geared character. The export function is also really good. If you have found an item and you want to share it (as an item file) with the rest of the world, you can export this item into a .d2i file where others can use too.

Diablo 2 Original Download
Diablo 2 is available for download for free, even on the official Blizzard Sites. So i will just lay out the link here (scroll down to Classic Games) — Official Blizzard Download. The installation requires a CD-Key. I will not be giving away CD-Keys, best if you purchase the game and you will receive a CD-Key or you can try search for a CD-Key online. Some good-hearted users on Reddit have shared they keys for the sole purpose of people installing the game.
Download and install PlugY
PlugY is Diablo II mod that is famous for preserving the game as it is while only extending the Stash of the character to infinite tabs and the stash is sharable across chracters for easy muling. The mod requires 1.13d version of the game so we need to do a little setup before we can play it.
Here is how to install it:
- Uninstall 1.14 version if you have one
- Download the 1.13 Installers for D2 and D2:LOD
- Downloader_Diablo2_enUS.exe
- Downloader_Diablo2_Lord_of_Destruction_enUS.exe
- Install them. For CD Key — use your own or if you don’t have any consider purchasing the game. It is worth it. If not, some good-hearted users on Reddit have shared their cd-keys for people to install and play single player. You won’t be able to play Battle.net but for PlugY — should do the work.
- Now you need to patch the game to 1.13d (the lastest supported patch by PlugY) — LODPatch_113d.exe
- Now let’s install PlugY itself. Download from here. Install it inside your Diablo II 1.13d installation folder
- That’s it! You can now play PlugY!
- If you want to transfer your existing characters, copy their .d2s files (all of them) to your PlugY installation /Save folder
- You can use the Hero Editor to edit PlugY characters too so please do it with caution because it ruins fun

Holy Grail folders
Some people are having a lot of fun to try and collect all the unique and set items in the game. This is usually happening on PlugY where the stash can hold all the items for evidence. Another advanced achivement is to actually have a screenshot of each item dropping. I will be soon developing an app to the Holy Grail where you will be able to record and upload your own Holy Grail lists but until it’s ready you can download this Holy Grail folder pack below. It just contains empty folders but they are sorted properly so you can put your drop screenshots in there.

So basically just unzip the archive somewhere. It is a collection of empty folders. Whenever you find an item, screenshot it while on the ground, then take the screenshot from your Diablo II folder and cut/paste it to the relevant folder inside the Holy Grail structure.

Как использовать редактор Diablo 2 Hero
Создайте нового персонажа. Это может сделать сам редактор, нажав кнопку «Новый герой», или это может быть сделано внутри игры.
Отредактируйте способности персонажа в той степени, в которой вы хотите. Помните, что игра знает, когда способности слишком высоки, и может заставить атаки наносить только одну точку урона. Так что держите цифры на реалистичном уровне.
Положите мощное оружие в свой инвентарь. Вы можете поместить редкие предметы в игру или создать еще более сильное оружие через редактор.
Распределите очки навыков вашего нового персонажа в раздел навыков редактора. Максимальный уровень для каждого навыка — тридцать.
Сохраните своего персонажа в редакторе и откройте «Diablo II» для тестирования. Если вы обнаружите, что характеристики персонажа испортились, вернитесь в редактор и лучше установите параметры.

Hero Editor for 1.12a
Allows you to edit your Diablo II Character.
Hero Editor version 1.03 for editing Diablo II LOD and NOX V1.03, V1.07, V1.09D, V1.10, V1.11b and V1.12 (and V1.10s beta) haracter Files and Items (offline/SinglePlayer and Open only).
Download the ZIP file into a new directory. UNZIP it. There should be three files («setup.lst», «setup.exe», «Hero Editor.CAB»). Run (double click) the»setup.exe» file (or just «setup», if you have known file extensions hidden), and follow the directions (Click on the big button, on the left side). BTW, if a message comes up re “Version Conflict”, answer yes (to keep the newer file that you already have).
Hero Editor usually requires that you are using an English version of Windows and your computer is set for single byte letters/Unicode, NOT multiple byte letters/UniCode. (NOTE: I have never had this problem, but others tell me this solved the problem for them.) From your Control Panel (Start > Settings > Control Panel) run Regional Settings, look for something about Unicode. Make sure the Unicode setting is for single bytes. Also (MOST IMPORTANT for Win XP/Vista) make sure that you have the language setting for English (in BOTH the Regional Options tab, and the Advanced tab). If using WinXP, it might also help to right-click on Hero Editor.exe, select Properties, and in the Compatibility tab, select Windows 95 mode. If NOT set correctly, you will probably get error messages such as «unknown stat found: 21».
