Great for tablet; not mobile friendly

Not much have changed but still Awesome game!” This game comes with enjoyable features, such as the 3v3, 5v5, but it needs to be mobile friendly. Because the targeting is base on touching the map, it makes targeting enemy the app harder for players, with a mobile device, to use skills. Surely, if these things are fix most players wouldn’t mind coming back and I am sure if the game is remade, with little adjustments to the game, it would be able to compete with other MOBA games. As I said before, this game needs to update the controls to fit mobile user; most importantly, it needs an update to be fashionably improved for all user to enjoy.

It’s dying slowly…

This game is really awesome. That’s why I rate it 5 stars. Great gameplay, quite tense and enjoyable, balanced, and there’s variety of the app and modes. But… the game is dying at the moment. Fewer and fewer people are playing because developers have pretty much stop doing any updates. There are like no new players playing the game. Main reason is that developers have stopped rotating free weekly the app since long ago. I mean, is that a big deal to rotate it? Find a moderator that would do it voluntarily if you don’t wanna pay for it. But for real now…? You’re having runes sales so often but no new content? Come on. This MOBA is out of league of any mobile MOBA. No game can compete its awesomeness. Take care of of HOC. I would voluntarily be moderator to rotate or suggest new ideas. Fix it before it’s too late. It’s dying.

Pls Gameloft why are you letting this game to die. Back then when it was 2nd anniversary I wanted to see this game, and the moment I started my first game it was my best experience while playing moba. Now after I saw that this game is dying I can’t do anything but to hope that you will see that if you revive this game will rise to its former days. Fans of HOC if you truly love this game with everything. Then just start playing it again even if they don’t update it soon they will see that people love this game and they will give it another chance. I wouldn’t be playing moba today if it’s weren’t for this game. SO PLS LETS MAKE THIS GAME RISE ONCE AGAIN AND LETS BATTLE AT THE FIELDS OF HARADON ONCE MORE FOR OLD DAYS. I HOPE THIS TEXT WILL SHOW US AND THEM THAT THIS GAME IS STILL ALIVE.

It’s a good game but it needs to be updated..

I really like this game but no one really plays so I can’t join into a server like…ever. I feel like no one really plays anymore because this game never gets updated… but I really do like this game! I even used about $7 on it! It was for a skin for Aria…hehe….any who, myself and probably a lot of other people would love to see this game have some major updates but just make sure it’s not toooooo major because the game might become really laggy and glitchy so that won’t really be fun…anyways though I really, really, REALLY like this game! Thanks for spending the time to read me review, you don’t have to reply or do anything about your game because it’s your game, obviously. But hey, it’d be nice to get even a tiny reply…hehe…ok bye-bye now!!

Does anybody remember Order & Chaos Online? It was the first and only Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game (MMORPG) for Windows Phone with Xbox support. Although beloved by RPG fans, publisher Gameloft basically abandoned the Windows Phone version of Order & Chaos Online. With no content updates or bug fixes, and compatibility issues making it unplayable on the Nokia Lumia 1520, the game never got the chance to thrive like it should have.
One year later, Order & Chaos is back! Sort of. Gameloft has just released Heroes of Order & Chaos for Windows Phones (with 1 GB of RAM) and Windows 8 and RT. Heroes is a Multiplayer Online Battle Arena (MOBA) spin-off of the main game. Since the PC hit League of Legends is not available on mobile devices, Heroes of Order & Chaos is truly the next best thing. And it’s free to play, with cloud save support. Head past the break for our hands on video and first impressions!
Learning to battle
Heroes of Order & Chaos begins with an exciting fully voice-acted tutorial. Players must first select from one of three Heroes. Unlike Order & Chaos Online, you won’t be customizing the character’s appearance or class. But you’ll eventually build up a whole team of characters, so your first Hero is really just meant to get you started.
Having chosen a Hero, you’ll enter a village that is being attacked by monsters. The first order of business is helping the town guard fend off the monsters at the gate. Next you’ll have to rescue a couple of nearby companions from another batch of monsters. Your team can then destroy a couple of control towers, battle a dragon, and wipe out the remaining invaders.
Although Heroes of Order & Chaos is a deep and complex game, the basics of combat are easy to grasp. You can control your hero’s movement either with a virtual analog stick or by tapping anywhere on the screen. At the right, you’ll find buttons for attacks, switch target, and skills. Tapping the minimap at the top corner of the screen will expand it, at which point you can tap anywhere on the map to view it and/or select a destination for your hero.
Your hero and his or her teammates will battle weak enemy NPCs, stronger enemy heroes, and extra tough enemy boss monsters. And you’ll probably die a lot, in which case you have to wait a while to respawn and join the fray. Games can go on for quite a while, so don’t start a match unless you’re ready to stick with it until the end.
Cross platform battles
Windows 8 version
Although it does offer single-player battles, Heroes of Order & Chaos requires an online connection to play. You can log in with either your existing Gameloft account or Facebook. The game doesn’t seem to save your Facebook login information, so the Gameloft account is definitely the way to go. And since characters and profiles are stored on the server, you can use the same account on both Windows Phone and Windows 8. Don’t you wish we could’ve done that with Order & Chaos Online?
The Windows Phone version of Heroes of Order & Chaos seems to be suffering some server issues at the moment. I tried repeatedly to play a single-player match and the server just kept failing. Yet I managed to start a match on the first try on Windows 8… Is anyone else having the same issue on the phone game?
Server issues aside, Heroes of Order & Chaos is off to a great start on Windows Phone. It offers over 40 Heroes to choose from (only some of which are free at any given time), solo, co-op, and PvP modes, and an endless array of loot to buy with the spoils of your battles. If you’ve been looking for a serious online game for your phone and tablet or PC, look no further. Let’s just hope Gameloft keeps the Windows versions up to date!
