Problem solved by following the steps below :
1. Uninstall the old version of HP 3d DriveGuard from control panel
2. restart PC
3. Install the sp82228.exe from http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp82001-82500/sp82228.exe
4. Install the sp82755.exe from SP82755 File Download (the last link that gave me GOLD_MASTER)
5. restart PC
Now it is ok I receive not any annoying message when I start the computer and the HP 3D DriveGuard is installed I can see it on the list of installed programmes.

HP 3D DriveGuard is better because it continuously sends park commands compared to others that limit the number of times that the heads can be parked. This avoids the risk of loss through wear that can arise from excessive parking. HP 3D DriveGuard is a program that continually obtains and parks head information from your notebook so that damage is reduced if you drop the notebook accidently or it smashes against something else.
Features:
- Parks the head forever so the notebook can be transported safely when not in standby mode
- Keeps the hard drive head parked without accidentally parking by sending continuous park commands
- While you are moving without sending continuous park commands
- Eliminates or lessens the potential for wear and tear by avoiding and eliminating limited number of times a head can be parked.

This program helps computer users out by parking the hard drive and sending that command continuously. This protects the computer from damage. Sounds like a very useful tool! I would definitely use this, especially when transporting a computer, since data can be damaged if the computer is not parked correctly and is dropped.

It can help you in protecting your computer by sensing the shocks. The integrated accelerometer is used for this purpose. If your computer experiences some unusual jerk, this utility can enable the hard drive to cover the heads and thus it can be saved from any possible damage.
Using this technology, even if your computer has fallen or dropped hard somewhere, you can expect HP 3D DriveGuard to be activated. HP 3D DriveGuard allows the users to adjust some of the settings through the user-friendly interface provided.
It must be noted that this application will only work if the application keeps on running in the background all the time. If you have stopped the background operations or this particular application from running, you should not be expecting the same protection for your hard drive.
For a Hewlett-Packard user, the use of such an application can help in ensuring extra protection for the PC and lesser risks of damage.
Yes, the version you found (and any other version of the 3D driveguard driver that says it is for W10) is the wrong version.
Here is the long story…
There are 3 variations of the 3D driveguard driver hardware in HP notebooks.
The original hardware version which goes back to about 2005 and runs through the dv6/7-7000 model series.
It has a hardware ID of ACPIHPQ0004
The second version which only lasted a year or two which has a hardware ID of ACPIHPQ6000
And the current version which started around 2013, which as a hardware ID of ACPIHPQ6007.
There are specific drivers for each of the hardware versions. The first two do not have drivers for W10.
Only the last hardware version (ACPIHPQ6007) has W10 drivers available.
You can use the W7/W8 driver from your notebook’s support page and that will also work fine on W10, but I have provided the final release of the driver for your notebook which supports W8.1 and will also work just fine on W10.
So, if you want the 3D driveguard driver to install, you will have to use the one I posted.
