Solution and Diagnostic Data Collection

This product detection tool installs software on your Microsoft Windows device that allows HP to detect and gather data about your HP and Compaq products to provide quick access to support information and solutions. Technical data is gathered for the products supported by this tool and is used to identify products, provide relevant solutions and automatically update this tool, to improve our products, solutions, services, and your experience as our customer.

Note: This tool applies to Microsoft Windows PC’s only. This tool will detect HP PCs and HP printers.

HP Pavilion 17 design to use with Windows 8 and 8.1, that is why only Windows 8/8.1 Drivers available on Official HP Download driver and software. If you want to downgrade into windows 7 or upgrade into Windows 10, here is the drivers you will need.

Before Download:

• All drivers are for 64-bit version of windows, although some compatible with 32-bit but it is strongly recommended to use and install 64-bit version of Windows.
• Windows 8 and Windows 8.1 are the same architecture, when I say it is for Windows 8 it also means windows 8.1 regardless of the version such as Home edition or Pro edition.

Realtek High Definition Audio Device
Windows 7 64-bit : Download
Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows 10  : Download (SP63346)

Installation Notes : It is 210mb in size and the original driver file for his model. Even though HP listed SP63346 for Windows 8.1 64-bit. When you download the driver, you will notice the readme file shows that this package is for Windows 8/8.1 and Windows 10.

Installation Notes : SP63343 is the original drivers, Since HP listed both 7 and 8 series, chipset should not be a problem because you can easily get the latest drivers from automatic updates or Intel download center.

Graphic

Important: If your HP pavilion 17 have 2 graphics (Switchable Graphic) please install AMD graphic and do not install Intel graphic because this packages will install both drivers for both graphic adapter. Not all model have the switchable graphic feature, an easy way to identify is by looking at your laptop specification on HP website or look at device manager and under graphic adapter you will see 2 graphic device listed (Intel and AMD).

Important : Windows 7 Users, If you have switchable graphic.
You need to install Intel HD4000 first then Install AMD driver.

  Onliner, какой же это Kabini, если процессоры Richland?

  AMD A4 5150M, AMD A8 5550M, AMD A10 5750M — Richland
  Kabini A -Series: A4-5000, A6-5200 .

  И вообще, название платформам дается не по названию процессоров.

  Купил это чудо. 3 дня мучаюсь с установкой дров на видео под Win7. Сталкивался может с такой проблемой?

  Первое положительное впечатление это цена. Громкий звук. Большой тачпад. Из минусов пока что замечено, гляцевый темный корпус внутри на котором остаются все следы рук, отсутствие на офф сайте драйверов под win 7, пришлось ставить Win 8. И очень бесит потрескивание в динамиках, думал это мне такой экземпляр попался, но нет, попробовал другие тоже самое.

  Сейчас на руках такой бук. Пластик конечно не высшего уровня , настоящая пробла по драйверам ))) Что то левые usb порты не хотят работать . Тыкните носом на драйвера , спасибо

  RiB, если винда 8-ка, то дрова на usb 3.0 ставить не надо, с виндой идёт поддержка, если же 7-ка, нужны дрова. какая ось?

  windows 7×64 ultimate . Восклицательный знак стоит на ( контроллер универсальной последовательности шины usb )

  . Ставил драйвера через samDrivers ,что бы не замарачиваться . Вот теперь думаю посносить все через диспетчер устройств .

  Благодаря человеку под ником kineret , всё получилось . Как ставить драйвера для usb 3.0 , Ноутбук HP Pavilion 17-e026sr .Виндовс 7-64.
  1. Вытягиваешь с архива эти две папки на рабочий стол. СКАЧАТЬ АРХИВ
  2. Заходишь в диспетчер устройств (правой мышой по мой компютер — свойства — дисп устройств)
  3. Правой мышой нажимаешь на — универсальная последовательная шина юсб (там где знак восклицательный и написано юсб) — обновить драйвер — найти на этом компютере — прописываешь путь сначала к папке драйвер юсб 3.0 что на рабочем столе, потом так же, только к папке драйвер хаба юсб 3.0 (вторая папка)

  Рекомендую не мучиться с драйверами на win7, т.к. аппарат вроде заточен на 8 – 8.1. Я не смог найти адекватные драйвера на видеокарту под 7. Пробовал разные варианты, но при закрытии крышки ноут засыпал навсегда – мышь не двигалась. После установки 8.1 и драйверов с сайта HP все работает. Аппаратом доволен.

  RiB, попробуйте найти восьмерку с интегрированной обычной кнопкой ПУСК или добавить эту кнопку через спец программу и наслаждайтесь новыми возможностями с привычным управлением.

  На самом деле дрова на чипсет и видюху есть на официальном сайте AMD…

  Windows 8.1 : Проблема с драйверами для Bluetooth. Wi-Fi работает только на 54 Мбитс (Ralink RT3290). Все остальные драйвера стали с Сайта HP. Как победить Bluetooth?

  RiB, На чипсет у меня встали вот эти http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/chipset?os=Windows+8+-+32 (AMD chipset drivers 13.12). Сразу заработали левые порты))) На видео вот эти http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/mobile?os=Windows%207%20-%2032. (13.11 Beta). Сразу стало возможным отрегулировать яркость))

  друзья подскажите а игры и все другие приложения работают которые на вин7 под 8.1 …а то дома ребенок без свих игрушек с двд с ума сойдет)))

  перечитал ошалел)))))
  всмысле если есть игра под Win7 и ее с двд установить на Win 8.1 она пойдет
  а то тоже купил такой аппарат а с давами трабл(((
