This product detection tool installs software on your Microsoft Windows device that allows HP to detect and gather data about your HP and Compaq products to provide quick access to support information and solutions. Technical data is gathered for the products supported by this tool and is used to identify products, provide relevant solutions and automatically update this tool, to improve our products, solutions, services, and your experience as our customer.
Note: This tool applies to Microsoft Windows PC’s only. This tool will detect HP PCs and HP printers.
Data gathered:
- Operating system
- Browser version
- Computer vendor
- Product name/number
- Serial number
- Connection port
- Driver/device description
- Computer and/or printer configuration
- Hardware and software diagnostics
- HP/Non-HP ink and/or HP/Non-HP Toner
- Number of pages printed
Installed Software Details:
- HP Support Solutions Framework — Windows Service, localhost Web server, and Software
Removing Installed Software:
- Remove «HP Support Solutions Framework» through Add/Remove programs on PC
Requirements:
- Operating System — Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows 10
- Browser — Google Chrome 10+, Internet Explorer (IE)10.0+, and Firefox 3.6.x, 12.0+

Ноутбук HP Pavilion g6 1258er, видеокарта Nvidia geforce GT520m. После обновления с 7-ки на 10-ку видеокарта перестала работать,установка актуальных драйверов на помогла. Диспетчер устройств говорит — «Система Windows остановила это устройство, так как оно сообщило о возникновении неполадок. (Код 43)». Помогите,люди добрые…

в данный момент установлена последняя версия драйвера(353.62 WHQL),с оф.сайта Nvidia.Ниписано что он для Windows 10 64-bit.Пробовал обновляться через GeforceExperience,пишет что установлена последняя версия драйвера,но тем не менее надо обновиться,обновляюсь но ничего не меняется

такая же хрень была после обновления до 10ой,сделал чистую установку 10ки проблема пропала. win10x64 для одного языка

в общем,поставил винду начисто, сначала поставил дрова на встроенную интелловскую видеокарту,потом на нвидиа,и как вы думаете что?правильно-ничего не изменилось,ошибка так же и висит

Решениенасколько я понял на данный момент на оф.сайте HP на мою модель ноутбука есть поддержка только win7,8 Добавлено через 19 минут Добавлено через 24 минуты

пробовал запускать WoT. Фпс как и был на win7.Надеюсь так всё и останется и никаких «сюрпризов» не будет…|

techsteppler, возможно HP таки допилят драйвер, и десятка вытянет его сама… впрочем, когда я начал юзать превьюшку, тогда не было вообще драйверов под десятку, и прекрасно устанавливались дровишки от восьмерки. Удачи )

Решение

Ноутбуки Pavilion g6 позиционируются в качестве бюджетных моделей для офиса и простых игр. Диагональ экрана, созданного на TN-матрице, составляет 15,6 дюймов. Крышка у всех устройств выполнена из пластика. В продаже можно встретить несколько цветовых вариантов. На левой грани у ноутбуков расположены разъемы для кардридера и для аудио кабеля (или наушников), а также Ehernet-порт, USB 3.0 (2 шт.), HDMI и VGA.
