Перед установкой драйвера, жмите правой кнопкой мыши по exe-шнику (файлу запускающему установку), выбираете «Свойства», затем на вкладке «Совместимость», в поле «Режим совместимости» установите галку «Запустить программу в режиме совместимости с:» и в ставшем активным списке выберите Windows Vista (Service Pack 2) или может быть написано «пакет обновления 2»

Product: HP Scanjet 3970
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have Windows 10 Pro and I am trying to get my HP Scanjet 3970 installed, but I am unable to find any drivers for it. Does anyone know where I can find these or a fix to get this to working?

I have the same delema. And I think we are out of luck since HP does not have a driver that operates this scanner on windows 10. It’s called «planned obsolesence».

I really hate that Wally, maybe they will come up with something. My scanner is still in excellent shape and my dad bought it for me when I was in college so it has sentimental value.
