Each software is released under license type that can be found on program pages as well as on search or category pages. Here are the most common license types:
Freeware
Freeware programs can be downloaded used free of charge and without any time limitations. Freeware products can be used free of charge for both personal and professional (commercial use).
Open Source
Open Source software is software with source code that anyone can inspect, modify or enhance. Programs released under this license can be used at no cost for both personal and commercial purposes. There are many different open source licenses but they all must comply with the Open Source Definition — in brief: the software can be freely used, modified and shared.
Free to Play
This license is commonly used for video games and it allows users to download and play the game for free. Basically, a product is offered Free to Play (Freemium) and the user can decide if he wants to pay the money (Premium) for additional features, services, virtual or physical goods that expand the functionality of the game. In some cases, ads may be show to the users.
Demo
Demo programs have a limited functionality for free, but charge for an advanced set of features or for the removal of advertisements from the program’s interfaces. In some cases, all the functionality is disabled until the license is purchased. Demos are usually not time-limited (like Trial software) but the functionality is limited.
Trial
Trial software allows the user to evaluate the software for a limited amount of time. After that trial period (usually 15 to 90 days) the user can decide whether to buy the software or not. Even though, most trial software products are only time-limited some also have feature limitations.
Paid
Usually commercial software or games are produced for sale or to serve a commercial purpose.

Capture and Streaming
Share your triumphs with seamless live streaming and capture with minimal impact on performance. With hardware optimization that makes it fast to capture and encode, save your recordings as a file, or broadcast them to your preferred streaming platform.
Seamless Continuous Game Tuning
Introducing Instant Game Tuning: focus on the game, not on maintaining software. Intel® Graphics Command Center seamlessly keeps game settings and drivers up to date from the cloud—and this beta feature will get more boosts in the future.
Crystal-Clear Game Sharpening
Switch on Game Sharpening for any game not being run at its native resolution. Our smart algorithms enhance edges without increasing the load on your system, so you can play with the performance you need.
Retro Scaling
Retro scaling reduces blurriness for pixel-based graphics on modern displays. Play vintage and indie games the way they were meant to look—with sharp, crisp pixels and defined edges.
Flexible Monitor Configuration
Configure your display setup with one or more external monitors, and fine-tune how each one displays using monitor configuration tools. Adjust display scaling and use custom resolutions with your Intel® Graphics Command Center download.

In compliance with Microsoft® new Universal Windows Platform (UWP), Intel has stopped bundling the Intel® Graphics Command Center and the Intel® Graphics Control Panel with DCH Graphics Drivers.
UWP requires that all driver-dependent applications be made available only through the Microsoft Store. Find more information about UWP.
After your Intel DCH Graphics Drivers are successfully installed, they are programmed to automatically download and install the Intel® Graphics Command Center from the Windows Store if an Internet connection is available (this is done without the need of any user intervention).
Windows® 10 Long-Term Servicing Channel (LTSC) users may face challenges since access to the Microsoft Store may be limited. The following information can offer solutions depending on the LTSC edition:
Windows 10® IOT Core LTSC:
Microsoft has a service called Device Update Center. This service provides OS, app, and driver updates according to the customer’s configurations. Explore the following Microsoft pages for more information:
- IoT Core Service: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/manufacture/iot/iotcoreservicesoverview
- Device Update Center: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/service/iot/using-device-update-center
Windows 10 Enterprise or IoT Enterprise LTSC:
Microsoft’s current recommendation is to use a Device Management solution until Device Update Center is made available by Microsoft.
Intel recommends consulting directly with Microsoft for further information on these solutions.

Major Geeks Special Offer:
Intel Graphics Command Center is a tweaking suite for Intel graphic cards designed for gamers, home theater enthusiasts, professionals, and everyday tinkerers.
We’ll give Intel credit for trying. They’ve simplified the interface as much as possible. It does seem weird that the company that makes the worst gaming video card for decades would target gamers and Windows 10. I’ve never met a gamer with an Intel graphics card, and many gamers refuse to use Windows 10 (for now).
If you have an Intel video card, you might want the Intel Graphics Command Center to make sure you can get the most from your graphics card.
Intel Graphics Command Center requires Windows 10 version 1803 or higher, a 6th Gen Intel Core Platforms or newer.
