Internet connected but no internet windows xp - Доктор Windows

I’m not the most tech-savvy, and I’m having trouble with my old windows XP laptop (a Dell Latitude). It’s worked fine with wireless and ethernet networking until recently.

At home, and elsewhere, I get a message telling me that I am connected to the internet (either through my wireless or through the ethernet jack): when I right-click on the connection (either Local Area Connection or my wireless card, depending on what is plugged in), the «status» says that my connection is good. Packets are sent and received (although far more are sent than received). But if I try to open a browser, I get the message saying that the browser could not connect («Server not found» in Firefox). Similarly, windows tries to download updates, then the download quits.

At home I’m using a cable modem (Time-Warner RoadRunner is our high-speed provider) connected to an Apple Airport Express. My partner is able to connect perfectly wirelessly with her Mac with no problems, and in our previous apartment I could connect to the Airport Express with no difficulty (we had Comcast cable internet at the previous place). The password for the Airport Express hasn’t changed, and I tried re-entering it with no luck. It is only since moving to a new house and new provider that I’ve had this problem, but the problem now occurs everywhere I go, so I’m afraid I messed something up in the search for a fix, or that the move is unconnected to the problem.

I’ve tried disconnecting the modem and router and letting them power down and back up. I’ve done that with my partner’s laptop turned off and with it left on. No luck so far. Plus, as I said, this problem happens everywhere, not just on our home network.

Two things I’ve noticed:
1. When I do ipconfig /all at home the IP address I get is 10.0.1.3; when I ping that address, I get good results; but when my partner goes to ipchicken.com on her ?Mac, she gets a different IP address (98.30.139.126); when I try to ping that address from my laptop, it times out and fails. When I go to the library and plug into the ethernet connection, I get an IP number from ipconfig /all that I can ping successfully. (Sorry to sound clueless — but I guess I am.)

2. If I go to the network properties, and then to the TCP/IP properties (for both wireless and for the local area connection) I cannot get the choice for «Obtain DNS server address automatically» to stay checked. When I check it and «OK» my way out of those windows and go back later, it has always come unchecked and reverted to the same Preferred and Alternate DNS servers — it’s always the same numbers, no matter where I am.

Spybot S&D reveals no infestations of spyware or malware.

Any ideas? Can anyone walk me through some fixes? Or do #1 or #2, above, point to anything important?

Sounds as if your MAC is finding another DNS server.
Problems like this are usually down to hardware or drivers — please make sure you have the latest sets in place and check that you have the manufacturers drivers and not the ones from Microsoft.

Thanks for the advice, tw0rld and Albert. I tried Winsock XP Fix before with no luck (although I’ll try again).

Albert, I’m sorry to be clueless (again), but I don’t know how to check to make sure I have the latest drivers in place or how to get new ones (I especially don’t know how to get new ones without internet access!).

Can you walk me through how I can check to see if I have the manufacturer’s drivers rather than Microsoft’s? Thanks so much.

Before doing that, it might be worth just checking one other thing: go to control panel > network connectors and right click on the one marked local area connection (ignore 1394 devices). Go to properties and scroll down the list until you reach tcp/ip — double click to select properties and confirm under the general tab that the device is set to obtain IP addresses automatically -if they were preset, make a note of the numbers before you change anything, If you change anything, click OK and reboot to make sure the cache is cleared and settings applied. See if this fixed it.

Go to control panel > system > hardware > device manager and look for the network devices.
If they have either a red or yellow mark over them then you have found the problem but I would be surprised as you have managed to get a response to ipconfig. Right click on the network device and look at the properties — click on the driver tab and then driver details. Look at the drivers list and the provider — which should not show Microsoft as their drivers often cause trouble. If they are MS, you will have to locate the latest set for the device or reinstall them from the motherboard CD if you still have it.

Albert, thanks for these ideas. Under TCP/IP, it is set to obtain the IP address automatically. It’s not been preset. The DNS appears to be preset, and I can’t get the DNS to stay on the «Obtain DNS server automatically.»

As for the ethernet and the wireless card, they do not have any red or yellow marks when I look under the Device Manager. The ethernet driver is Microsoft-supplied, but since it’s not changed I don’t know why it would suddenly give me problems. Also, the wireless card driver is from the company, and I’m getting the same problem whether I plug directly into the ethernet or whether I use wireless…

Is there a way to download drivers onto another machine, put them on a USB, and transfer them? I of course should be able to update the drivers from Control Panel->System->Device Manager-> Hardware, but since I can’t get online I don’t think I can update them that way. The relevant information is below:

Dont worry about the DNS servers — it will work as it is.
The drivers might have been changed by an update and you should change the 3Com drivers if you can, You can download the drivers and save them to a flash drive without problem — go to the 3Com site and download the drivers from there and save instead of run the file.

Thanks again for the idea. I re-installed the wireless card software (including driver) this morning and had a few blissful minutes of internet access — long enough to update some virus software, and then it disappeared again. Or, more accurately, after I re-started my computer the connection went wonky and then gave me a «Limited or no connectivity» message. So I had a moment in the sun and now I’m backed to stumped.

I am currently trying to download the driver for the ethernet controller. (Which I typed incorrectly, by the by: it’s «3Com 3c920 Integrated Fast Ethernet Controller (3C905C-TX Compatible)» rather than «3c290» as I typed originally. I have had no luck finding the driver on the 3com website — even in their archive, I turn up nothing — but the driverguide website has turned up some possible hits. I’m just not sure which of the three I found there is the right one. As far as Driver versions go, should I pick the newest-sounding one (the highest number)? Or the number closest to what I currently have?

Thanks for that idea, CCT. That seems to be the same file name (although very different file size) of one I have just recently tried, and that didn’t appear to help. I’ve tried two new drivers so far (and I will try this one you’ve suggested, CCT), and neither has changed anything: when I plug into an ethernet cord I still get the message saying I am connected and the connection is good, but I cannot actually get online or surf the web, etc.

For CCT or Albert or anyone else, does it mean anything that when I go to the CMD prompt and ping IPs, I seem to be able to ping working IP numbers, but not the names of websites (such as ping google [dot] com)? That is, if I ping a good IP number, I tend to get fine replies — 4 packets sent, 4 received, none lost, etc. But if I try to ping yahoo or google, it doesn’t recognize the name?

BTW — it sems each time you renew drivers for your adapter you need to make a NEW shortcut.

Thanks for all your help and advice. I ended up getting a fix from the ISP technician, who came out to examine the modem and then nicely checked my computer. It turns out that it did have something to do with the DNS staying locked on the same two addresses. He went deep into some folders (I know not where) and removed some WinSock2 info, and did some other magic, and lo and behold, the DNS now is set to automatically find addresses (rather than fixed on two addresses, as it was previously).

Does this make any sense? Can either of you help me understand what he did and what it all means?

False alarm… not actually fixed!

So everything worked fine yesterday — internets and all. Then I shut the computer down when I went to bed last night, woke up this AM and restarted it, and it was back to the same old song and dance: It says I am connected but I cannot access the internet.

When the cable guy fixed it, he did something with the following: When I open network connections, then right-click and select «properties» from the network connection (either Local Area Network or wireless connection), then click TCP/IP and choose properties, I see «Use the following DNS server addresses» clicked, with the following DNS addresses:
Preferred DNS server: 72.3.247.239
Alternate DNS server: 209.200.151.4

If I click «Obtain DNS server addresses automatically» it deletes those two addresses. BUT if I then click out (by choosing «OK» twice to get back to Network Connections) and then go *back* into Properties and back into TCP/IP Properties, the «Use the following DNS server addresses» is re-clicked and the same two addresses are back in place. Under «Advanced TCP/IP Settings,» I have the following:
IP settings: DHCP enabled is listed, and «Automatic metric» is checked
DNS: I now only have «Append primary and connection specific DNS suffixes» clicked. If I click «Register this connection’s addresses in DNS» and then click out and click back in, I get the two DNS addresses listed above in the «DNS server addresses, in order of use» box.
WINS: «Enable LMHOSTS lookup» is clicked
Under NetBIOS settings, the «Default: Use NetBIOS setting from the DHCP server…» is clicked.
Option: TCP/IP flitering is listed as an Optional setting

Anyone out there have any idea how to fix this problem with the DNS addresses? I need it to STAY on «Obtain DNS server addresses automatically,» and the previous fix (from a very handy cable guy) involved deleting (I think) the information in the Winsock2 folder and then doing some other magical fixes.

What I have done in the past where this sort of conflict exists is to fit a second network card to the system and to set them up differently. Won’t always work but if you have a card spare it is worth a try!

Try disabling one of the connections, sound silly but it worked for me… My wireless was connecting to the network but the internet was not working. So I checked all the network settings, used ipconfig /release & /renew, Made sure passwords were correct, etc… I had a hard time believing it was failed drivers or updates as I have not done any auto updates since my last connections. My laptop is used for work so I’m constantly assigning new addresses and connecting to different networks. However I get home and it won’t let me connect to my home wireless. I checked my Mac book and of course no problems whatsoever.. but my dell was NFG. Finally I disabled the ethernet connection. This disabled the internet connection for a few seconds and then restarted the service. I was then able to connect to the internet over the wireless.

Что означает ошибка доступа и в чем ее причины

«Подключено без доступа в Интернет» – это сетевой статус Windows, который указывает на то, что компьютер присоединен к локальной сети (имеет связь с маршрутизатором, другими домашними устройствами и иногда – с ресурсами провайдера), но не может выйти в глобальную. Он обозначается желтым треугольником с восклицательным знаком или просто восклицательным знаком на иконке сети, как на картинке ниже.

В списке доступных сетевых подключений этот статус выглядит так:

По тому, что мы здесь видим, ясно, что связь установлена (активна кнопка «Отключиться») и даже защищена (используется шифрование). Но все это работает только внутри вашего дома.

Причинами ошибки «Без доступа в Интернет» бывает следующее:

Окончание оплаченного периода. Провайдеры, как правило, оставляют должникам возможность заходить в личный кабинет на внутренних ресурсах, но в интернет не пускают.
Физическое отсутствие связи ПК (маршрутизатора) с источником интернета: заломы кабеля, выпадение коннектора из гнезда, подсоединение не к тому разъему, низкий уровень сотового сигнала при доступе через модем USB, помехи и т. д.
Неверные параметры интернет-подключения роутера – от некорректного MAC-адреса до ошибок в написании IP DNS-серверов.
Запрет провайдера на подключение к интернету устройств с незарегистрированным MAC-адресом.
Некорректные настройки сетевого подключения на компьютере.
Спонтанная системная ошибка Windows или сетевого оборудования.
Сбой драйвера сети.
Блокировка интернета брандмауэром Windows, сторонним файерволом или другими защитными программами (родительский контроль).
Некорректная настройка VPN или прокси-сервера, если они используются для доступа в интернет.
Заражение устройства вредоносным ПО, повреждение элементов сетевой подсистемы.
Неисправность оборудования пользователя.
Неполадки или технические работы у провайдера.

Отсутствие связи с интернетом по Wi-Fi в общественных местах (там, где у вас нет административных полномочий) может быть вызвано тем, что:

Точка доступа вай-фай вообще не подключена к глобальной сети или перегружена, из-за чего не может обработать запрос.
Выход в интернет для вашего устройства запрещен администратором.

Повлиять на работу общедоступных сетей мы не можем: в такой ситуации остается искать другую точку доступа или использовать мобильный интернет. Но разобраться со своим домашним подключением по силам каждому. Глубокие познания здесь не нужны – достаточно внимания, терпения и четкого следования инструкциям.

По традиции начнем с самого простого.

Раз – и готово

Эти элементарные действия решают обозначенную проблему примерно в 20% случаев, а занимают максимум 5 минут.

Не верите – проверьте:

Внесите платеж за интернет. Если у вас настроено автоматическое пополнение счета, убедитесь, что на балансе привязанной карты достаточно средств. А также, что она действительна и доступна для платежей онлайн.
Удостоверьтесь в надежности физической связи устройств, целостности разъемов и кабелей, отсутствии помех беспроводной связи.
Перезагрузите роутер и компьютер, отключите и снова подключите интернет-кабель или модем. Это устранит спонтанные ошибки, которые иногда возникают при долгой непрерывной работе системы и оборудования.
Если проблема не ушла, запустите Средство диагностики сетевых неполадок Windows и дождитесь если не решения, то вердикта, чтобы знать, куда двигаться дальше.

Не помогло? Значит, настала очередь сложного, но ответственного этапа – ревизии и исправления настроек оборудования. Именно в них чаще всего кроются ошибки, поэтому будьте внимательны.

Проверяем и настраиваем роутер

Подготовьте инструкцию по подключению, полученную от вашего провайдера. Возможно, для этого понадобится устройство с выходом в интернет. Если это так, используйте телефон и связь 3G/4G.
Зайдите в панель управления роутером. Данные для первого входа – адрес, логин и пароль, чаще всего указаны на этикетке, приклеенной к днищу аппарата, или в документации к нему.
Откройте раздел настройки интернета. Мы рассмотрим его на примере домашнего маршрутизатора TP-Link Archer A Интерфейс вашего устройства может отличаться от показанного, но не так сильно, чтобы запутаться.

Практически все сетевое оборудование российского рынка автоматически распознает тип подключения к сети, используемый провайдером, и применяет его параметры в текущих настройках. Для этого достаточно вставить интернет-кабель в гнездо роутера, обозначенное «WAN или INTERNET», или вместе с этим нажать кнопку «Автоопределение», как на Archer A7.

Однако автоматика тоже ошибается. Поэтому убедитесь, что тип интернет-подключения на роутере соответствует указанному в инструкции провайдера.

Затем откройте раздел «Дополнительные настройки» и проверьте остальное (обратите внимание, подключение по протоколам IPv4 и IPv6 настраивается в разных разделах):

Ваши имя и пароль абонента (с учетом регистра символов).
Сервер и домен аутентификации.
IP-адрес, предпочитаемый и альтернативный DNS.
IP или доменное имя VPN-сервера провайдера и т. д.

Набор используемых настроек зависит от типа подключения. Заполнять поля, которые не упомянуты в руководстве от провайдера, не нужно.

Если связь пропала после покупки или замены маршрутизатора

Некоторые поставщики интернет-услуг жестко привязывают абонентские устройства (компьютеры и роутеры) по MAC-адресам. Аппарат с неизвестным провайдеру MAC не получает IP и не может выходить в интернет, несмотря на правильно введенные настройки. Это неудобно, но все же не безнадежно, так как «на каждый хитрый болт ‘Ростелеком & Co’ найдется гайка с левой резьбой».

Если до появления ошибки вы подключались через другое устройство (условно назовем его старым), то вам достаточно клонировать его MAC и перенести на новое. Тогда провайдер определит новый девайс как старый и выдаст ему IP.

Большинство современных роутеров и сетевых адаптеров ПК/ноутбуков поддерживает возможность клонирования MAC. На Archer A7 эта функция также находится в дополнительных настройках.

Закончив проверку и настройку роутера, сохраните изменения и перезагрузите аппарат.

Проверяем и настраиваем параметры сети на компьютере

Откройте свойства сетевого подключения.

На Windows 10: запустите приложение «Параметры», откройте раздел «Сеть и интернет», немного прокрутите вниз правую половину окна и кликните «Настройка параметров адаптера».
На Windows 7: щелкните правой клавишей мыши по иконке подключения в области уведомлений панели задач и выберите «Центр управления сетями и общим доступом». В левой колонке «Центра» нажмите «Изменение параметров адаптера».

В следующем окне дважды кликните ярлык подключения, которое пишет об отсутствии доступа в интернет, и в окошке «Состояние», которое откроется после этого, нажмите «Свойства».

Затем выберите из списка «Компонентов, используемых подключением» протокол «IP версии 4» или «IP версии 6», предварительно убедившись, что он активен (отмечен флажком), и также кликните кнопку «Свойства».

Описаны случаи, когда ошибка «Без доступа к интернету» успешно устранялась отключением неиспользуемого протокола. Так, если вы подключаетесь к сети по IPv4, снимите отметку с IPv6.

Если ваш провайдер использует протокол IPv6, что пока еще редкость, настраивать подключение следует только на роутере (конечно, при условии поддержки). А на компьютере – лишь тогда, когда он подключен к интернету напрямую. Внутренняя (локальная) сеть между домашними устройствами всегда работает по IPv4.

Вернемся к свойствам подключения. Откройте вкладку «Общие» и проверьте сохраненные параметры.

Если компьютер получает интернет напрямую – через кабель, идущий от оборудования провайдера, отметьте пункты «Получать IP-адрес автоматически» и «Получать адрес DNS сервера автоматически». Если же в руководстве по подключению указаны конкретные данные, то используйте их.
Если компьютер подключается через роутер, то допустимо как автоматическое получение настроек, так и ввод их вручную. При выборе второго способа важно соблюсти правило: ПК и интерфейс роутера, который «смотрит» в локальную сеть (основной шлюз или шлюз по умолчанию), должны находиться в одной подсети.

Например: если основной шлюз имеет IP 192.168.31.0, то IP компьютера должен укладываться в диапазон 192.168.31.1–255. То есть адрес может меняться только в той части, которая в маске подсети соответствует нулю. Подробнее читайте в статье «Почему не работает интернет».

В поле «DNS» можно указать IP основного шлюза, ДНС-серверов провайдера или публичных – таких как DNS.Яндекс или Google DNS Public. Кстати, оба сервиса предоставляют адреса в формате IPv4 и IPv6.

Устраняем программные помехи: брандмауэр, файервол, VPN, родительский контроль

Безопасность очень важна, но бесконечное усиление защиты может сделать ваш бастион настолько прочным, что вы не сможете пробиться в интернет вообще.

В норме межсетевые экраны – брандмауэр Windows и файерволы антивирусных программ, блокируют отдельные сетевые ресурсы. «Навешивание замков» на все подряд – это следствие их неправильной настройки (запрет исходящих подключений) или сбой в работе.

Чтобы определить, ваш ли это случай, выключите на время защиту и проверьте, не возобновился ли доступ. Если ошибка больше не появляется, причина кроется в брандмауэре (файерволе). Как ее исправить, расскажем дальше.

Для отключения брандмауэра в Виндовс 10:

Откройте системный инструмент «Параметры» и перейдите в «Обновление и безопасность» -> «Безопасность Windows». Затем выберите в списке «Области защиты» элемент «Брандмауэр и защита сети».
В следующем окне кликните активное подключение – в моем примере это частная сеть.
А далее выключите брандмауэр.

В Виндовс 7:

Откройте «Панель управления», установите режим просмотра «Значки» (крупные или мелкие) и щелкните элемент «Брандмауэр защитника Windows».
В левой колонке следующего окна нажмите ссылку «Включение и отключение брандмауэра защитника Windows».
Затем в разделе активного подключение (Параметры для частной или общественной сети) отметьте «Отключить брандмауэр» и сохраните настройку.

Чтобы исправить ошибку доступа в интернет, вернитесь в раздел «Брандмауэр и безопасность сети» в Виндовс 10 и в «Брандмауэр защитника Windows» в Виндовс 7.

Дальше:

Для отмены всех пользовательских правил и сброса настроек защиты на исходное состояние, нажмите «Восстановить (для брандмауэра) значения по умолчанию». На скриншотах выше эти пункты подчеркнуты синей линией.
Для снятия только запрета исходящих подключений нажмите там же «Дополнительные параметры» (подчеркнуто красной линией).
В окне монитора межсетевого экрана, которое откроется после этого, кликните «Свойства брандмауэра защитника Windows».

Откройте вкладку профиля активной сети и в выпадающем списке «Исходящие подключения» выберите «Разрешить (по умолчанию)».

Настройка вступает в действие при сохранении.

Если вы используете не брандмауэр, а сторонний файервол, инструкцию по его настройке ищите на сайте разработчика.

Что касается VPN и прокси, то в текущих реалиях они часто оказываются не окном на свободу, а амбарным замком. Потому что их активно блокируют госструктуры. Если вы не можете или не хотите обойтись без этих ресурсов, то попробуйте подобрать другой маршрут или перейдите на альтернативный сервис.

Средства родительского контроля, закрывающие доступ в интернет по расписанию, могут быть запущены не только на компьютере, но и на маршрутизаторе. Если пользуетесь, обязательно проверьте их настройки.

Сбрасываем и переустанавливаем сетевой драйвер

Глюки интернета из-за ошибок драйвера сетевого адаптера встречаются чаще, чем хотелось бы. В легких случаях бороться с ними помогает сброс, точнее – удаление адаптера из системы. Цель этой операции – заставить Windows заново определить и переустановить устройство, устранив тем самым спонтанный сбой.

Порядок действий:

Откройте «Диспетчер устройств» и разверните список «Сетевые адаптеры».
Щелкните по строке проблемного адаптера правой клавишей мыши и в меню, которое откроется следом, выберите «Удалить».
Перезагрузите компьютер.

Если при повторном запуске ошибка сохранилась, обновите драйвер, загрузив его последнюю версию с сайта производителя ноутбука или материнской платы ПК.

В других случаях помогает не обновление, а откат к предыдущей версии сетевого драйвера, если она сохранилась на устройстве. Чтобы это сделать, откройте свойства адаптера, перейдите во вкладку «Драйвер» и нажмите кнопку «Откатить».

Прежняя версия драйвера начнет работать после перезагрузки.

Сканируем систему на заражение и исправляем последствия

Вирусное, троянское, шпионское и рекламное ПО вмешивается в работу сети очень часто. Но не для того, чтобы сломать интернет, а для выполнения своих вредоносных задач. Поломка – это ошибка в работе зловредных программ и иногда результат их некорректного удаления.

Для проверки и очистки компьютера от «подселенцев» подойдет любая антивирусная утилита, в том числе бесплатный «Защитник Windows», главное – со свежими вирусными базами.

Hey i have a interesting network setup on a laptop here and for some reason the internet isnt working.

I am connected to a secure network via wireless router and taskbar says i am connected and with good signal strength but in my internet browser i cant connect to any websites, the error is: This webpage is not available. (Chrome)

I am using Chrome, but websites dont work on IE either.

Heres a little background on the setup i have. I have a Ethernet connected to the laptop with a static ip, and then i have the wireless setup with DHCP enabled. I am using the ethernet to connect to the network (for remote desktop) but the wireless for internet (to avoid the network firewalls). this set up has worked fine for a few months, but i cant figure out what is going on now.

Might be worth it to note it is a Lenovo Thinkpad and i just uninstalled ThinkVantage Access Connections (as it was giving me ample problems prior to this one, which i consider a step up)

Tried repairing connection as well, let me know if you guys have any ideas please!

EDIT: Solved->Dead Modem in the server room…. Sorry guys didn’t have access to that myself

Hi all,

I’m resurrecting an old S478 beast to reminisce with some games from yesteryear. It has a TP-Link PCI wifi card that successfully connects to my WiFi network (via Virginmedia superhub3), but it won’t access the internet/load a webpage.

I have the same issue with a Windows ME machine. My smartphones, MacBooks and Windows 10 desktop can all access the internet just fine.

Via CMD prompt I’ve tried an IP Config reset and DNS flush, but no joy.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Not surprising that XP won’t load any web pages. Any browser that would run on XP is LONG out of date with regards to protocols now in use. And, with the cessation of updates several years ago XP is just a security hole looking for a place to happen. If you are insisting on running XP then disconnect it from all networks and run it stand alone.

Hi, I have a similar issue.

HP 2530p
Windows XP SP3

Laptop required with XP for a specific job with no sensitive data so not worried about security.

Drivers for ethernet and wifi had to be installed manually, but all seem to work now in device manager etc.

Tried the above, I get:

Connection-specific DNS Suffix: default (is this normal?)
IP Address: 192.198.1.51
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway: 192.198.1.1

I’ve also run the following:
netsh int ip reset reset.log
netsh winsock reset catalog

Also been through all the internet options and reset settings to default.

LAN settings in internet option all look correct (selected to automatically connect).

I get four responses from the ping. All very promising.

Tried running in safemode.

Running internet diagnostic says it might be a firewall issue. No other suggestions from it. I would have thought the ping wouldn’t work if it was a firewall issue.
I have no third party antivirus or fireall installed, and I’ve tried disabling the windows firewall (it’s a clean install).

Still no internet.

Anything else I can try?

UPDATE:
I’ve installed a portable version of firefox and I can get on the internet using that.
IE, and driver updates and any other system internet connection still doesn’t work.
So confused.

При работе в интернете мы можем увидеть в системном трее сообщение о том, что подключение ограничено или вовсе отсутствует. При этом не обязательно происходит разрыв соединения. Но все же, чаще всего мы получаем дисконнект, и восстановить связь не представляется возможным.

Устранение ошибки подключения

Данная ошибка говорит нам о том, что произошел сбой в настройках подключения либо в Winsock, о котором мы поговорим чуть позже. Кроме того, бывают ситуации, когда доступ в интернет есть, но сообщение продолжает появляться.

Не забывайте, что перебои в работе оборудования и софта могут происходить и на стороне провайдера, поэтому сначала позвоните в службу поддержки и поинтересуйтесь, нет ли подобных проблем.

Причина 1: некорректное уведомление

Поскольку операционная система, как и любая сложная программа, подвержена сбоям, то время от времени могут возникать ошибки. Если с подключением к интернету нет никаких сложностей, но навязчивое сообщение продолжает появляться, то его можно попросту отключить в настройках сети.

Нажимаем кнопку «Пуск», переходим в раздел «Подключение» и кликаем по пункту «Отобразить все подключения».
Далее выбираем то подключение, которое используется в данный момент, кликаем по нему ПКМ и переходим к свойствам.
Снимаем галочку возле функции уведомления и нажимаем ОК.

Больше сообщение не будет появляться. Далее поговорим о случаях, когда невозможно получить доступ в интернет.

Причина 2: ошибки протоколов TCP/IP и Winsock

Для начала определимся, что такое TCP/IP и Winsock.

TCP/IP – набор протоколов (правил), по которым осуществляется передача данных между устройствами в сети.
Winsock определяет правила взаимодействия для программного обеспечения.

В некоторых случаях происходит сбой в работе протоколов в силу различных обстоятельств. Наиболее распространенная причина – установка или обновление антивирусного ПО, которое также выполняет роль сетевого фильтра (брандмауэра или фаервола). Этим особенно «славится» Dr.Web, именно его использование часто приводит к «вылету» Winsock. Если у Вас установлен другой антивирус, то возникновение проблем также возможно, поскольку многие провайдеры пользуются именно им.

Ошибку в протоколах можно исправить, сбросив настройки из консоли Windows.

Идем в меню «Пуск», «Все программы», «Стандартные», «Командная строка».
Нажимаем ПКМ по пункту с «Командной строкой» и открываем окно с параметрами запуска.
Здесь выбираем использование учетной записи Администратора, вводим пароль, если он установлен, и жмем ОК.
В консоли вводим строку, указанную ниже, и нажимаем клавишу ENTER.
netsh int ip reset c:rslog.txt

Данная команда сбросит настройки протокола TCP/IP и создаст в корне диска C текстовый файл (лог) с информацией о перезапуске. Название файлу можно дать любое, это не важно.
Далее сбрасываем Winsock следующей командой:
netsh winsock reset

Дожидаемся сообщения об успешном выполнении операции, а затем перезагружаем машину.

Причина 3: неправильные настройки подключения

Для корректной работы сервисов и протоколов необходимо правильно настроить подключение к интернету. Ваш провайдер, возможно, предоставляет свои сервера и IP-адреса, данные которых необходимо прописать в свойствах подключения. Кроме того, поставщик может использовать VPN для доступа к сети.

Причина 4: проблемы с оборудованием

Если в Вашей домашней или офисной сети кроме компьютеров присутствуют модем, роутер и (или) концентратор, то вполне вероятен сбой в работе данного оборудования. В этом случае необходимо проверить правильность подключения кабелей питания и сети. Подобные девайсы частенько «зависают», поэтому попытайтесь перезагрузить их, а затем компьютер.

Выясните у провайдера, какие параметры необходимо задать для данных устройств: есть вероятность того, что для подключения к интернету требуются особые настройки.

12. Reset Router

Resetting the router helps fix all network-related problems as it resets it to factory settings. But this also means you will have to again password protect the router.

The reset button is hidden within a tiny hole, so you’ll have to inspect the router carefully to discover it. Once located, use a paper clip or mobile SIM tray opener to push and hold the button for 5-15 seconds, or until all of the lights flicker and the router restarts. When the router restarts, you should be able to connect to the internet.

13. Reset Network

1. Type Network Reset in the search bar.

2. Click Reset Now.
