The Basic version comes with two template machines:

You do not require any license for the «DEMO turning machine» template machines (1-channel, 3-axis machine with main spindle and driven tool spindle) and «DEMO milling machine» (1-channel, 3-axis machine). You can, for example, transfer workpieces and part programs to the machine for program simulation and customization, and then from the machine for further use on CNCs.

Overview

The advantage for workshop operators: More cutting time, fewer risks!

With SinuTrain, one PC is sufficient for part programming, NC program testing, CNC training and employee training. The machine can meanwhile process parts. And each collision risk detected and eliminated in the SinuTrain simulation prevents damage.

SinuTrain versions

Like SINUMERIK Operate, SinuTrain for SINUMERIK Operate is cross-technology. Turning and milling machines are supported, as are turning/milling and milling/turning machines with 3, 3+2 and 5-axis simultaneous technologies in single and multi-channel applications.

Use basic functionality free of charge

For downloading, installing and using the basic functionality of SinuTrain you don’t need a licence. With SinuTrain, the simulation of one standard lathe and one standard milling machine is already available as standard. The ShopTurn/ShopMill user interface is included in SinuTrain for SINUMERIK Operate as well as cycle support via programGUIDE.

Licensing: SinuTrain and the machines of your workshop

If you have several machines with the same SINUMERIK operating version, with the appropriate SinuTrain license you can import the machine data of all these machines into SinuTrain and transfer the programs created on SinuTrain to these machines.

If you want to integrate machines with different SINUMERIK Operate versions into SinuTrain, you need a separate SinuTrain license for each SINUMERIK Operate version.

The restart of the computer is requested again and again

When installing software programs on PCs with the MS-Windows operating system, the error occasionally occurs that a restart of the computer is repeatedly requested, but the installation does not progress any further afterwards. This Windows error was also observed during the installation of SinuTrain.

It supports a considerable amount of turning and milling machines.

Realistic controls

The application features a control and programming interface which is identical to the SINUMERIK Operate panel. This means you can train in familiar working conditions. Thanks to the original CNC kernel, you are able to create NC programs directly in the simulation software and check them before transferring to real machines. Siemens SinuTrain sometimes gives an error message when launched and a machine other than the provided templaes are used. The message may be something like the following:

The selected machine configuration cannot be used at the moment.

Please re-register the current user and start the computer again.

Please contact the Siemens Hotline if this state occurs once more.

Below is a list of suggestions of things a person can try to fix the problem.

SinuTrain

First, try launching just «SinuTrain» and start the specific machine.

SinuTrain with Procmon

Some have found that launching the Sysinternals product Procmon first improves success using SinuTrain. There should be a shortcut in the start menu labeled «SinuTrain with Procmon» which does that for you.

Reset SinuTrain Settings

The settings for SinuTrain can be reset by renaming the folder «C:Users<username>appdataSiemensSinuTrain».

-First, launch Windows Explorer (hold down Windows key and press the letter E)

-Type in «%appdata%Siemens» in the address bar (without quotes)

-Scroll down and look for the folder SinuTrain. Right-mouse click and select «Rename» (or press F2 key) and add a dash at the beginning or end of the folder name and press Enter

-Relaunch SinuTrain

-Any machines that had been imported will need to be re-imported

Delete Temporary Folder

The following folder can also be deleted

C:Users<username>AppDataLocalTempSiemenssinutrainoperate

Reboot the computer

One of the error messages mentions restarting the computer. If so, reboot the computer, log back in, and try SinuTrain again.

Verify license server

The other error specifically mentions the license. In that case launch «Automation License Manager» and verify that the server entry has a star next to it. If it does not, right-mouse click the entry and check both options «Always display in navigation window» and «Add to search list». You can also try adding the same server and replace «ecn.purdue.edu» with «boilerad.purdue.edu» or vice versa.

Try a different computer

The last option would be to try SinuTrain on a different computer.

Искал на официальном сайте — сылка есть — при попитке скачивания — вибивает ошибку, без вариантов (пробовал регистрироватса, менять язык, все что угодно)

Самой главной задачей данного программного обеспечения является высокоэффективная подготовка специалистов (операторов, программистов-технологов) для их дальнейшей работы на современнейшем оборудовании(токарных, ведущих обработку в центрах, станках фрезерной группы и другие.) с минимализированными затратами.

Эта система основывается на базе стандартного обеспечения системы числового программного управления SINUMERIK, что позволит нам значительным образом упростить путь обучения, по максимуму приблизив его к текущему станочному оборудованию.

Помимо обучения программированию в кодах ISO-7bit. Данное программное обеспечение предоставляет возможность обучения программированию в широко известных пакетах производственного программирования, таких как ShopMill и ShopTurn.

ShopMill – программное обеспечение позволяющее осуществлять управление и программирование работ фрезерного станков, предоставляющее пользователю комфортное управление станочным комплексом и простое программирование изделия. Эта подсистема представляет собой множественное решение для фрезерной технологии в сфере нынешнего производственного программирования.

Ее применение возможно на вертикальных и универсальных фрезерных обрабатывающих комплексах с максимально возможными 12 осями (так же в их число входят шпинделя и круговые оси) в однократном исполнении. ShopTurn- программное обеспечение позволяющее осуществлять управление и программирование работ токарных станков с одиночным суппортом, предоставляющее пользователю комфортное управление станочным комплексом и простое программирование изделия. Данная подсистема является комплексным решением на базе станков с Числовым программным управлением для токарной технологии в производственных условиях.

Помимо огромного выбора циклов она предлагает немало практических функций отладки (в их число входят: измерение инструмента или же детали) и функции обработки данных. Ее применение возможно на токарных станках с одиночным суппортом с максимально возможными 12 осями (так же в их число входят вращающиеся инструменты и шпиндели).

SSCNC Simulator обычная программа для 2D и 3D моделирования станков. Она сносно подходит для подготовки специалистов к работе. CNC Simulator десятки систем ЧПУ, работает на простом ПК и максимально приближен к реальным управляющим системам CNC.

В данной программе представлены 76 систем и 163 панелей управления: FANUC, SIEMENS(SINUMERIK), MITSUBISHI, FAGOR, HAAS, PA, Romi, GSK, HNC, KND, DASEN, WA, GREAT, SANYING, RENHE, SKY, JNC, Decekel, GTC2E, NCT & Mazak.

Так же симуляция включает приближенные к реальности составляющие, например стружкообразование, подача охлаждающей жидкости.

Присутствуют и визуальные симуляции зажима заготовки, осуществление настройки рабочих нулей, корректировка режущего и измерительного инструмента и использование всевозможных зажимных механизмов и приспособлений.

Поддерживается трехмерный замер заготовки после того как она прошла механическую обработку. Измерение шероховатости плоскости заготовки, базирующиеся на характеристиках и различных параметрах режущего инструмента. В данном симуляторе присутствует богатая библиотека материалов, с возможностью ее изменения и добавления других новых материалов.

Нашему выбору представлен обширный выбор режущего инструмента с возможностью его изменения и редактирования. Система обладает магазином инструментов токарного станка и может быть сконфигурирована для 4, 8 или 12 станций (Переднее или Заднее Расположение).

Магазин инструментов данного симулятора для фрезерной обработки, имеет возможность настройки горизонтального или вертикального расположения.

Существует и различные методы для настройки нуля детали (электронный и механический): используя щуп, метод проб или же другие.

Создание программ и их редактирование имеет особенности:

Разработка управляющих программ с пульта управления станочным комплексом. Создаваемые программы управления с легкостью сохраняются в формате ascii в любом из имеющихся текстовых редакторах.

Функции корректирования программы(вставить, вырезать, копировать). Строки, возможно, нумеровать, а так же менять их нумерацию. Присутствуют и экранные подсказки, что значительно облегчает и помогает в процессе программирования. Проверка постоянных циклов и синтаксиса G-code.

Симулятор располагает различными расширенными функциями программирования:

Синтаксический анализатор G-code. Поддержка ISO-1056. Возможность моделирования неизменных циклов и их параметром. Спиральная интерполяция (G02, G03).Вспомогательные коды (M-code). Симуляция файла, сделанного системами автоматического программирования (UGS, Pro-E, Mastercam). Коды, характеризующие движение(G-code). Вероятность применения полярных координат в системах FANUC, SIEMENS. Так же присутствуют инструменты отладки G-code. Поддержка пользовательского кода и циклов в различных системах CNC.

В данном симуляторе существуют особенность управления станками:

Tool Management

To ensure efficient tool data management — including all of the details, SINUMERIK Operate is equipped with extended tool management for milling, drilling and turning tools. All tool and magazine information, including the associated details, are displayed on one screen. In addition, all tool parameters are provided for turning.

All tool types including turning tools are transparently displayed as symbols. SINUMERIK also supports the use of complex tools such as multi-tools, which eliminates the need to change tools and also increases the productivity when using multi-tasking machines

Заключение

Сравнивая данные симуляторы между собой можно выделить основные преимущества каждого из них. SinuTrain отличается более детальным чертежным функционалом по сравнению с аналогичными симуляторами других производителей.

В системе симуляторов HEIDENHAIN ITNC 530 имеется большое количество стандартных циклов, что позволяет производить программирование и отладку программ более удобным и простым способом.

Симулятор SSCNC Simulator в отличии от вышеперечисленных имеет более расширенный функционал по количеству систем ЧПУ а так же стандарных станков заложенных с системе программы, а так же более детальная симулиция работы станка и отработки программы. Самым большим плюсом данной программы является использование ее с различными системами в отличии от HEIDENHAIN ITNC 530 и SinuTrain которые в свое время привязаны к своим заводским системам ЧПУ.

Таким образом каждый из симуляторов имеет свои особые возможности в зависимости от программирования , типа станка, токарный фрезерный операции,

программной станции, для которой они предназначены: HEIDENHAIN, FANUC, SIEMENS (SINUMERIK), производителя станка.
