Здравствуйте! Захотел попробовать в питоне обрабатывать таблицы эксель и строить графики красивые. Ролики посмотрел, почитал. Куча примеров. Поставил питон 3.9 (последнюю версию) на виндовс 10. Пайчарм, vs code, юпитер. Через pip install загружал всякие библиотеки. Пробовал примеры повторять(графики строились аж трёхмерные вращающиеся и даже анимированные и т.п). Были конечно проблемы на разных примерах, но в целом, чтобы увлечься было не критично. Может кто подскажет прямо однозначно рабочую связку версий питон плюс нужные библиотеки пандас, матплотлиб, сеаборн, нумпи? Чтобы в vs code с юпитером без проблем работать на любых примерах.

Спасибо всем за ответы. Сегодня я более грамотный(почитал, посмотрел ролики) Сегодня нашёл на одном сайте описание моей проблемы(незнания). Вот, как наверное надо сформулировать: Цитата: «Пакет А зависит от пакета В с версией 2.0(для примера), поэтому вместе с первым из них на системном уровне устанавливается и второй. Однако другому проекту требуется пакет С, зависящий от пакета В с версией 2.5. При установке С в соответствии с его требованиями система обновит В до версии 2.5. Но вот обновление пакета А для взаимодействия с пакетом В 2.5 не произошло, что чревато проблемами на этапе работы с A.» Как я понял это конфликт версий библиотек. Вот я и хочу знать какие конкретно версии (пандас, нумпи, матплотлиб, плотли и т.п. в связке с питон допустим 3.7 или 3.8) мне нужны(под вин7 64), чтобы собрать один раз и забыть как говорится. И работать хоть в vs code, хоть в юпитере или ещё в какой-нибудь IDE. Это возможно? Я правильно понял, что если версии нужных мне библиотек(по второй ссылке u235, ) скачать(или инсталлировать), а потом поместить в папку site-packages с питоном на комп, где вин7 стоит, то всё нормально будет?

Решение
А потом я библиотеки из папки site-packages( в папке питона куда они установились) их копировал на комп с вин7 в такую же папку (где у меня вин7 там нет интернета). Это все не так делается. Тупо копипастом каталога вряд ли че хорошее выйдет. Я уже где-то это все расписывал и даже батник давал готовый, чтобы автоматически все скачать… Да и сама анаконда она же оффлайн устанавливается — из инсталлятора на 490 mb. Добавлено через 6 минут

Если ты хочешь пользоваться этим же Python и этими же библиотеками из VS Code или еще чего Да, именно так.
просто укажи в его настройках локацию интерпретатора из анаконды. Спасибо.
P.S. Да, если ты не понял — анаконда это не сборка библиотек для копирования куда либо. Это готовая среда для разработки: python, библиотеки, инструменты.

Решение
Я уже ставил её, но последнюю версию для вин.10 Последняя (текущая на сегодня) версия анаконды совместима со всеми версиями windows, кроме XP. Например, numpy: Это для Python 3.7 и x64 архитектуры: numpy-1.21.2-cp37-cp37m-win_amd64.whl Это для Python 3.8 и x64 архитектуры: numpy-1.21.2-cp38-cp38-win_amd64.whl И т.д. В названии архива все указано. Таким образом можно скачать все что нужно.

Не принял ax1.set_title по синтаксису Семен Семенович…. P.S. В оригинале буква u — в ранних версиях Python она означала юникодную строку. Теперь все строки в Python юникодные и данный префикс не нужен. Но и ошибки он не вызывает. Добавлено через 3 минуты

Использование Python в Windows
Цель этого документа-дать обзор поведения,специфичного для Windows,о котором вы должны знать при использовании Python в Microsoft Windows.
В отличие от большинства систем и служб Unix, Windows не включает установку Python, поддерживаемую системой. Чтобы сделать Python доступным, команда CPython скомпилировала установщики Windows (пакеты MSI) для каждого выпуска в течение многих лет. Эти установщики в первую очередь предназначены для добавления установки Python для каждого пользователя, при этом основной интерпретатор и библиотека используются одним пользователем. Установщик также может быть установлен для всех пользователей одного компьютера, а для локальных дистрибутивов приложения доступен отдельный ZIP-файл.
Как указано в PEP 11 , выпуск Python поддерживает только платформу Windows, в то время как Microsoft рассматривает платформу с расширенной поддержкой. Это означает, что Python 3.11 поддерживает Windows 8.1 и новее. Если вам требуется поддержка Windows 7, установите Python 3.8.
Для Windows существует несколько различных программ установки,каждая из которых имеет определенные преимущества и недостатки.
Полный установщик содержит все компоненты и является лучшим вариантом для разработчиков, использующих Python для любого проекта.
Пакет Microsoft Store — это простая установка Python, которая подходит для запуска сценариев и пакетов, а также для использования IDLE или других сред разработки. Для этого требуется Windows 10 и выше, но его можно безопасно установить, не повреждая другие программы. Он также предоставляет множество удобных команд для запуска Python и его инструментов.
Пакеты nuget.org — это облегченные установки, предназначенные для систем непрерывной интеграции. Его можно использовать для создания пакетов Python или запуска скриптов, но он не обновляется и не имеет инструментов пользовательского интерфейса.
Встраиваемый пакет — это минимальный пакет Python, подходящий для встраивания в более крупное приложение.
4.1.Полная программа установки
4.1.1.Этапы установки
Для загрузки доступны четыре установщика Python 3.11 — по два для 32-битной и 64-битной версий интерпретатора. Веб -установщик представляет собой небольшую начальную загрузку, и он автоматически загружает необходимые компоненты по мере необходимости. Автономный установщик включает компоненты, необходимые для установки по умолчанию, и требует подключения к Интернету только для дополнительных функций. См. После запуска программы установки можно выбрать один из двух вариантов:
Если вы выберете «Установить сейчас»:

Выбрав «Настроить установку»,вы сможете выбрать функции для установки,место установки и другие опции или действия после установки.Чтобы установить отладочные символы или двоичные файлы,необходимо использовать эту опцию.
Чтобы выполнить установку для всех пользователей,необходимо выбрать «Настроить установку».В этом случае:
- От вас может потребоваться предоставление административных полномочий или одобрения
- Python будет установлен в каталог Program Files
- Python Launcher для Windows будет установлен в каталог Windows .
- Дополнительные функции могут быть выбраны во время установки
- Стандартная библиотека может быть предварительно скомпилирована в байткод
- Если выбрано, установочный каталог будет добавлен в системный
PATH - Ярлыки доступны для всех пользователей
4.1.2.Снятие ограничения MAX_PATH
Исторически Windows ограничивала длину пути 260 символами.Это означало,что пути длиннее этого значения не разрешались и возникали ошибки.
В последних версиях Windows это ограничение может быть увеличено примерно до 32 000 символов. Вашему администратору потребуется активировать групповую политику «Включить длинные пути Win32» или установить для LongPathsEnabled значение 1 в разделе реестра HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetControlFileSystem .
Это позволяет функции open() , модулю os и большинству других функций пути принимать и возвращать пути длиной более 260 символов.
После изменения вышеуказанного параметра дальнейшая настройка не требуется.
Изменения в версии 3.6:В Python была включена поддержка длинных путей.
4.1.3.Установка без пользовательского интерфейса
Все опции,доступные в пользовательском интерфейсе программы установки,также можно задать из командной строки,что позволяет скриптовым программам установки воспроизводить установку на многих машинах без участия пользователя.Эти параметры также могут быть заданы без подавления пользовательского интерфейса,чтобы изменить некоторые значения по умолчанию.
Чтобы полностью скрыть пользовательский интерфейс установщика и установить Python в автоматическом режиме, передайте параметр /quiet . 4.1.4.Установка без загрузки
Поскольку некоторые функции Python не включены в первоначальную загрузку установщика, для их выбора может потребоваться подключение к Интернету. Чтобы избежать этой необходимости, все возможные компоненты могут быть загружены по запросу для создания полного макета , который больше не будет требовать подключения к Интернету независимо от выбранных функций. 4.1.5.Изменение установки
После установки Python можно добавить или удалить функции с помощью инструмента «Программы и функции»,входящего в состав Windows.Выберите запись Python и выберите «Uninstall/Change»,чтобы открыть программу установки в режиме обслуживания.
«Изменить» позволяет добавлять или удалять функции,изменяя флажки-неизменные флажки ничего не установят и не удалят.Некоторые параметры нельзя изменить в этом режиме,например,каталог установки;чтобы изменить их,вам придется полностью удалить,а затем переустановить Python.
«Восстановление» проверит все файлы,которые должны быть установлены с использованием текущих настроек,и заменит все,которые были удалены или изменены.
«Удалить» полностью удалит Python, за исключением Python Launcher для Windows , у которого есть собственная запись в «Программы и компоненты».
