  4. In the new window, select Reinstall G HUB, then click REINSTALL
  5. G HUB will reinstall, and this will resolve the issue while retaining the settings

  I’ve now been testing the various «solutions» you have to G hub not working for win 11, and they are all garbage. Win 11 pro, how do I get it to work????????? I can’t use your «gaming» mouses with different settings as I have both a win 10 and 11 computer.

  Thank you for trying the steps. We request you to try some more steps:

  — Restart your computer in “Safemode with Networking” mode then try to reinstall G hub. Restart your computer in “safemode with networking” mode and then re-try to install G hub into this mode.

  Also this:
  • Disable Windows Defender
  • Confirm if there is a 3rd party gaming software installed on your computer 
  • Disable if there is any Anti-Virus enabled and set up the internet without Proxy.

  I have tried all the above but still only get the rolling logo loading screen after I’ve installed the software. What else is there?

  Hi, I bought almost all gaming mouses from logitech, but my Win 11 PC cannot download it for some reason.The installer only shows that its downloading,but it doesn’t really downloads the app.I tried disabling windows defender, all my antivirus apps.Also i knew that the installer doesn’t use any wifi,how can i fix it?(able to share screen at discord)

  1. Uninstall G HUB
  2. Make sure none of the G HUB components are running in the Task Manager
  3. Go to C:Program Files and delete LGHUB folder
  4. Go to C:ProgramData and delete LGHUB folder
  5. Go to C:Users<user name>AppDataLocal and delete LGHUB folder
  6. Go to C:Users<user name>AppDataRoaming and delete LGHUB folder
  7. Press Windows Key, then type regedit, Click Registry Editor
  8. Delete the registry key HKLMSOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionUninstall{521c89be-637f-4274-a840-baaf7460c2b2}
  9. Reboot the PC
  10. Re-install G HUB: https://www.logitechg.com/innovation/g-hub.html

  • Remove G-hub
  • You need to delete some files that are hidden by default from your computer. You can view it by following the instructions in this link. https://support.microsoft.com/help/4028316/windows-view-hidden-files-and-folders-in-windows-10
  • When done, open the Run window (Windows + R).
  • Type %appdata% and then delete all files and folders belonging to Logitech Gaming Software and G-hub.
  • Reopen the Run window (Windows + R).
  • Type %programdata% and then delete all files and folders belonging to Logitech Gaming Software and G-hub.
  • Restart your computer.
  • Install the software

  Also:
  • Disable Windows Defender
  • Set the internet without proxy.
  • Make sure there is no third-party gaming software installed on your computer
  • Turn off the antivirus program, reinstall g hub and run it as Admin.
