Download the file of website and start it with the commandline switch «/layout» (see msdn to download
visual studio 2015 installer for offline installation). SoC:vs_community.exefor example. It asks for a location and the download begins.
/layoutEDIT: With the ISO version you still need internet connection to be able to install ALL the features
