Во время установки возникает сообщение вида «The following file is already on your computer: Metro.xml, msiinstaller.exe, setup.exe, taskbar.txt, uninstallHPSA.exe.» Чтобы я далее не выбирал — толку нет. В стандартной «Установка и удаление программ» Hp Support Assistant нет. Просто больше ничего не происходит…

Попробуйте воспользоваться специальной утилитой
Revo Uninstaller
. Она как раз может оказаться полезной в случаях, когда стандартные средства винды не видят установленные приложения.
Вроде как восьмёрка поддерживается. Вариант удаления всех продуктов от HP тоже подходит. Я бы советовал начать с Revo Uninstaller.

При входе в программу HP Support Assistant всплывает окно «HPSF.exe прекратил работу.В этом приложении произошла серьезная ошибка и оно будет закрыто.Нажмите ОК для автоматического перезапуска приложения. При нажатии ОК происходит тоже самое.

HP Support Assistant у меня была компьтере и работала нормально но посте установки windows 10 она просто перестала запускаться что делать? перезапустил программу всё равно неработает!

- Anti-virus – There may be a possibility of restrictions imposed by your antivirus. This may be the case if you do not use Windows-compatible antivirus applications.
Regardless of the trigger, you should be able to use our solutions to fix your HP assistant.
Is HP Support Assistant necessary?
You don’t typically require this program. Instead, you can update drivers using the Device Manager included in Windows.
Some PC issues are hard to tackle, especially when it comes to corrupted repositories or missing Windows files. If you are having troubles fixing an error, your system may be partially broken.

- Follow the wizard to complete the uninstallation.
1.2 Reinstall
- Download the HP Support Assistant installer from the link.
- Click the downloaded file to run the installer and click Yes when asked to confirm.
- Proceed with the installation, following the wizard.
- Reboot the computer if prompted by the PC.
- After the restart, check if the app is working again.
2. Uninstall or disable the antivirus
- Click on the remote access arrow in the Taskbar.
- Click on your antivirus icon, hover over Avast shields Control and select Disable for 10 minutes (This step varies for different antivirus software).
- Try reaccessing the HP Support Assistant.

3. Update your drivers
- Right-click Start, and select Device Manager.
- Search for drivers with the tiny yellow badge. These are often outdated.
- Expand the category, then right-click on the driver and select Update driver.
- When prompted to choose How do you want to search driver, select Search automatically for updated driver software.
Some of the most common Windows errors and bugs are a result of old or incompatible drivers. The lack of an up-to-date system can lead to lag, system errors or even BSoDs.
To avoid these types of problems, you can use an automatic tool that will find, download, and install the right driver version on your Windows PC in just a couple of clicks, and we strongly recommend DriverFix. Here’s how to do it:
