Сборка ОС 14393.2189
10 апреля 2018 г. прекращается обслуживание Windows 10 версии 1607. Устройства под управлением выпусков Windows 10 Домашняя или Pro больше не будут получать ежемесячные обновления системы безопасности и качества, содержащие защиту от последних угроз безопасности.
Чтобы продолжить получать обновления системы безопасности и качества, корпорация Майкрософт рекомендует установить последнюю версию Windows 10.
ВАЖНО!: Выпуски Windows 10 Корпоративная и Windows 10 для образовательных учреждений бесплатно получат шесть месяцев дополнительного обслуживания. Устройства, относящиеся к каналам Long-Term Servicing Channel (LTSC), продолжат получать обновления до октября 2026 года в соответствии с политикой жизненного цикла. Устройства с юбилейным обновлением Windows 10 (версии 1607) с чипсетом Intel «Clovertrail» продолжат получать обновления до января 2023 года в соответствии с данными в блоге Microsoft Community.
Примечание. Выпуск также содержит обновления для Windows 10 Mobile (сборка ОС 14393.2189) от 10 апреля 2018 г.
Улучшения и исправления
Это обновление направлено на улучшение качества работы ОС. Новых функций операционной системы в нем нет. Основные изменения в этом обновлении:

Устраняет проблему, приводящую к нарушению прав доступа на некоторых страницах в Internet Explorer при визуализации SVGs в условиях высокой нагрузки.

Устраняет проблему с печатью содержимого, созданного ActiveX в Internet Explorer.

Устранены дополнительные проблемы с обновленными данными часовых поясов.

Устраняет проблему, из-за которой учетные записи пользователей блокировались при перемещении приложений в общедоступную платформу с помощью App-V (например, XenApp 7.15+ с Windows Server 2016, когда проверка подлинности Kerberos недоступна).

Устраняет проблему, которая может привести к прекращению работы службы App-V на сервере RDS с большим числом пользователей.

Устранена проблема, которая в некоторых случаях препятствовала определению браузером Internet Explorer пользовательских элементов управления.

Обновления системы безопасности для Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, инфраструктур и платформы приложений для Windows, модуля сценариев Microsoft, графики Windows, Windows Server, ядра Windows, беспроводных сетей Windows, Windows Hyper-V и компонентов ядра и виртуализации Windows.
Примечание. Это обновление недоступно в файлах экспресс-установки для Windows Server 2016.

Корпорация Майкрософт выпустила обновление напрямую для клиента Центра обновления Windows для повышения надежности. Всем устройствам с Windows 10, настроенным для автоматического получения обновлений из Центра обновления Windows, в том числе устройства с выпусками Windows 10 Корпоративная и Windows 10 Pro, будет предложено последнее обновление компонентов Windows 10 в зависимости от совместимости устройства и политики отсрочки Центра обновления Windows для бизнеса. Это не относится к выпускам с долгосрочным обслуживанием.

Порядок получения обновления
Это обновление будет скачано и установлено автоматически из Центра обновления Windows. Чтобы получить отдельный пакет для данного обновления, перейдите на веб-сайт каталога Центра обновления Майкрософт.
Важно! При установке обновления стека обслуживания (SSU) (KB4093137) и последнего пакета накопительного обновления (LCU) из каталога Центра обновления Майкрософт установите SSU перед установкой LCU.

after updating kb4093119 cumulative update , i am not able to access network shared folders its showing plz find screenshot .

Install KB4093119 will let Windows update to build 14393.2189, but this build is not the latest 1607 version, the latest build for 1607 is 14393.2273.
The first thing you should do is continue updating to the 14393.2273(kb4103720)
After update to the latest build, remap your share folder, if issue still exist, run network troubleshooter.
Using the IP address of the share folder instead of by name.
Turn on SMB1.0/CIFS File sharing Support

Why did I get error KB4093119?
Windows Update continous fails to search for Updates or cannot install them. The source of this problem could be various things as
> Windows Registry
> Windows Filesystem
> Internet access
> Windows Update service
> File corruption
> Misconfiguration
> Adware
> Virus and Malware
However, if you’re technically savvy, you can try the steps below:
1. Click Start and start typing on your keyboard for «services.msc»
2. In your search results «services.msc» should show up. Open it with a click.
3. A new windows will open containing all Windows services on your system.
4. Search for «Windows Update»
5. Right-click the «Windows Update» and then click Stop.
We will now clean the Windows Update temporary cache folder:
1. Hold your windows-key pressed and hit «R» key simultanous.
2. A small new windows will appear.
3. Type %windir%SoftwareDistributionDataStore in this new window and click OK.
4. This will open Windows Explorer on the correct location.
5. Delete all contents of this folder. (Hint: Use Ctrl + A to select all files and folders)
Now we will start the Windows Update Service again:
1. Switch back to the windows Services.
2. Locate Windows Update.
3. Right-click on it and choose Start.
If the problem still persists, you can run the System File Checker (SFC) utility. This handy in-built tool will check your filesystem.
1. Click Start and start typing on your keyboard for «cmd».
2. In your search results cmd should show up with an black icon.
3. Right-click it and select Run as administrator.
4. If you are prompted for the admin password, enter the password and click OK.
5. A new completely black windwos will open. You can type commands directly into this window.
6. Type sfc/scannow and press Enter.
7. This process will take a long time. You can minimize this black windows and work on.
Come back to the black window after a time and check if the process finished.
As soon as the SFC process finished, restart your computer. After the restart you search for Updates again.
You are still facing the same issue?
1. Restart your computer.
Next thing is to clean Windows Update download path. These steps are only for expirienced user! If you mess up your computer with Regedit, you could loose your files! Take care or use a professional tool to investiagte your computer.
1. Hold your windows-key pressed and hit «R» key simultanous.
2. A small new windows will appear.
3. Type regedit in this new windows and hit Enter.
4. In the new windows you have a navigation on the left side. Use it to navigate to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREPoliciesMicrosoftWindowsWindowsUpdate
5. Once you found it, search for WUServer and WIStatusServer in the right hand pane.
6. If they are not listet we cannot clean the download path. Othwerwise delete both.
7. Restart your computer.
Try to search for new Updates again.
You are still facing this issue? I think this is not an usual problem and your computer should be checked by professional.
