    Сервер Windows Server 2016 Standard.

    В IIS создан сайт, организован доступ к виртуальным папкам определенным пользователям по WebDAV.

    При копировании файлов более 30 Мб выдает ошибку 0х8007003А: указанный сервер не может выполнить требуемую операцию.

    При копировании маленьких файлов — проблем нет.

    Решение проблемы описано https://support.microsoft.com/ru-ru/help/900900/folder-copy-error-message-when-downloading-a-file-that-is-larger-than, но в реестре WS2016 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetServicesWebClientParameters нет папки WebClient.

    Помогите устранить проблему

    В «Диспетчере служб IIS» на сервере для искомого сайта с WebDAV выбрать раздел «Фильтрация запросов», вкладка «Правила», затем выбрать в панели «Действия» пункт «Изменить параметры…».
    В открывшемся окне задать параметр «Максимальная допустимая длина содержимого (байт)» равным или большим требуемого для загрузки размера.

    В «Диспетчере служб IIS» на сервере для искомого сайта с WebDAV выбрать раздел «Фильтрация запросов», вкладка «Правила», затем выбрать в панели «Действия» пункт «Изменить параметры…».
    В открывшемся окне задать параметр «Максимальная допустимая длина содержимого (байт)» равным или большим требуемого для загрузки размера.

    After a Microsoft Security update (KB2792100) on 12/11/2012, my Windows 7 HP desktop no longer will copy even slightly large files from the Windows 2008 server.  I can copy files to the server, view files, play large media files, but any attempt to
    copy even slightly large  files from the server to the desktop gives the message:

    «An unexpected error is keeping you from copying the file.  If you continue to receive the error you can use the error code to search for help.

    Error 0x8007003A: The specified server can’t perform the requested operation»

    The reason I know (or believe) that it was the Security Update that caused the issue is that I used System Restore to restore back to the last available date, 12/11/2012 … and upon completion, it worked again normally, files would copy fine.  Unfortunately,
    that very same update (KB2792100) was the one ’embedded’ in that restore, so when I rebooted, it not only installed itself again, and caused the error, but it also ‘bumped’ my 12/11/2012 restore point off my menu so I can’t even get back to it. 
    And I tried uninstalling the update, and it claimed to uninstall, but the problem persists after the  uninstall.  It’s no longer in my list in my ‘View Installed Updates» list.

    I had talked with someone, it seemed that update was related to Internet Explorer, so I installed IE10 fully … no help there either.  I also proceeded then to update every other possible update to see if a subsequent update fixed it … no luck either.

    Here’s my desktop specs:

    Windows 7 Home Premium, SP1

    HP P6330f, Intel i3, 64bit, 6.0 GB RAM, Intel chipset

    The server is Windows Server 2008 (not R2).  Mostly it is connected to a bunch of Win XP (both home and pro) PCs, and they all work fine with it.  And as I indicated, this one worked fine with it too for about a year or so, until that update.

    Thanks for any help!!!  I’d hate to completely reinstall Windows on the machine, especially because I don’t even know if that would fix the problem.

    You can choose to have Windows stop offering you this update. Here’s how:


    1. Open Windows Update by clicking the Start button. In the search box, type Update, and then, in the list of results, click Windows Update.

    2. In the left pane, click Check for updates.

    3. When Windows finds updates for your computer, do one of the following:


        Click the link that tells you important updates are available if you have important updates to hide.

        Click the link that tells you optional updates are available if you have optional updates to hide.


    4. Right-click the update you don’t want to install, and then click Hide update. The next time you check for updates, the update won’t be automatically selected or installed.  If you’re prompted for an administrator password
    or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

    This is not related to file name length: files with longer names copy successfully.

    This is not related to file size: error happens even with files with less than 1MB.

    The error only shows up when trying to paste from network to a local exFAT volume. 

    If I try to paste on a NTFS volume the copy is successful. 

    Telling the system to ‘try again’ never works, trying to copy again also does not work. Also it does not happen on every file, but when it happens to a file, it’s consistent, happens every time to that file.

Из отзывов клиентов мы обнаружили, что IIS в Windows Server 2016 не может загрузить файлы тома файлов SMB. Отображаемая ошибка:

Не удалось загрузить файл или сборку Microsoft.CodeDom.Providers.DotNetCompilerPlatform, Version = 1.0.3.0, Culture = нейтральный, PublicKeyToken = 31bf3856ad364e35 или одну из его зависимостей. Указанный сервер не может выполнить запрошенную операцию. (Исключение из HRESULT: 0x8007003A)

После экспериментов мы обнаружили, что проблема уникальна для Windows Server 2016, и в Windows Server 2012 и 2008R2 нет ошибок загрузки DLL. Эта проблема также не связана со службой Alibaba Cloud SMB. Использование Windows Server 2016 для монтирования файлового тома на другом компьютере также вызывает проблему с загрузкой.

После наших непрерывных исследований и экспериментов мы обнаружили, что после установки и настройки домена AD проблема с ошибкой загрузки файла тома файла IIS в 2016 году может быть решена. Далее мы подробно расскажем, как установить и настроить службу Active Directory в Windows Server 2016.

Проблема: После очередного автоматического обновления Windows перестал печатать принтер пользователя из терминального сеанса. Локально печатает, а из терминала — нет.

Машина пользователя — Windows 7, сервер терминалов — Windows 2003 Server.
Компьютеры в домене, все права выставлены, как положено, время синхронизировано с сервером.
Все работало несколько лет подряд, и «внезапно» в обед перестало.

В журнале событий при каждой попытке фиксируется следующее:

«Ошибка srv. event id 2017. Сервер не смог выделить память из невыгружаемого пула памяти, так как достигнут указанный в конфигурации верхний предел.

По отзывам проблема возникает при подключении к сетевым ресурсам ПК с Windows 7 или 8 с компьютеров с установленными ОС Windows XP. Ошибка часто проявляется в локальных сетях без выделенного сервера и разными версиями Windows. При этом активно используется 1С Предприятие 8 в режиме файлового доступа через общий сетевой ресурс.

«При попытке зайти на Windows 7 из XP по \<ip-адрес> или \Имя_компьютера  XP-шка выдает ошибки : «Нет доступа к \Имя_компьютера. Возможно у вас нет прав на использование этого сетевого ресурса. Обратитесь к администратору сервера для получения соответствующих прав доступа. Указанный сервер не может выполнить требуемую операцию.
На удивление доступ к компьютеру Windows 7 c компьютера с Windows 7 РАБОТАЕТ!

Проверьте параметр реестра и установите значение при его отличии и на ПК с XP и на Win 7:

  • Выполните команду regedit.
  • Найдите следующий раздел реестра:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetControlLsa
  • Дважды щелкните в правой панели параметр restrictanonymous.
  • Убедитесь в том, что в поле Значение указано число 0, и нажмите кнопку ОК.
  • Закройте редактор реестра.

Если изменяли значение, перезагрузите компьютер.

Настройка центрального ПК

Также рекомендуется для «центральной» машины с Windows 7 выставить параметры обслуживания в файловом режиме:
установить значение ключа реестра в «1«:
HKLMSYSTEMCurrentControlSetControlSession ManagerMemory ManagementLargeSystemCache

и далее ключ

HKLMSYSTEMCurrentControlSetServicesLanmanServerParametersSize
здесь установить значение параметра в «3«
По окончании — перезагрузить ПК.
