Поиск ссылок на загрузку языковых пакетов Vistalizator берет на себя. Скачивание происходит исключительно с официального сайта Microsoft. Сама же программа не вносит абсолютно никаких изменений в языковой пакет. Папку для сохранения скачиваемых файлов разрешается выбрать самостоятельно.
Vistalizator поддерживает два режима: внутренний и экспресс. При использовании первого установленные языковые пакеты полностью интегрируются в систему и могут обновляться автоматически. В данный момент этот режим является экспериментальным. Разработчик не гарантирует его корректную работу и рекомендует пользоваться экспресс-режимом. В нем программа интегрирует в систему языковые пакеты «быстрым и грязным» методом не обновляя при этом каталоги Windows. Локализации, интегрированные таким способом, могут переставать распознаваться системой после установки особенно крупных системных обновлений.

This is an amazing program. If allows you to change the language on your Windows PC without having to install a whole language package! This can be very useful because some versions of Windows require you to install a whole language package, and it can be expensive. I would definitely have used this app to change the language on my computer last year; I couldn’t figure out how to do it!

This is a great and easy option for changing display language for Windows systems in under 5 minutes! There is no installation required to use Vistalizator. For someone that needs to switch between several languages this can be a great option. Vistalizator can list and download with both 32 and 64 bit Windows 7 and Windows Vista.

Vistalizator can allow your operating system to speak in multiple languages instead of just the stock languages. My friend told me about Vistalizator for Windows that I can use to display multiple languages in Windows. I downloaded it and installed it. I can purchase an upgrade anytime. 1. Запустите Vistalizator, разрешите запрос UAC, если потребуется (он активирован по умолчанию).
2. Нажмите Add languages и откройте языковой пакет(ы): MUI (*.exe, *.cab) или LIP (*.mlc).
3. Подождите пока языковой пакет загрузится, одновременно будет проверена его целостность.
4. Вы также можете выбрать режим инсталляции в таблице. После этого нажмите Install language(s).
5. Дождитесь окончания процесса инсталляции: Express или Internal режим.
6. Подтвердите замену текущего языка интерфейса на новый (может быть сделано позже).
7. Экспресс языки обычно требуют обновления после инсталляции (см. 7-10).
8. Нажмите Update languages: будет показан список требуемых обновлений, смотри подробности в Справке.
9. Скачайте и откройте требуемый инсталлятор Windows внутри Vistalizator.

Install & Change to a New Display Language in Windows 7 with Vistalizator
In a previous article, we covered how to install and change to a new display Language in Windows 7 Home and Professional using the only method provided by Microsoft. Even if that solution works without problems, it is limited because it supports a small number of display languages and it is also a bit complicated to get things done. Fortunately there is an alternative which allows you to install any display language. However, it involves using a special tool to hack your Windows 7, named Vistalizator. This tutorial will show how to use this tool to install any display language you want.
Step 1: Download Vistalizator & Windows 7 MUI Language Packs
First, you need to download a free application called Vistalizator. The download page can be found here. The direct download link towards the latest version of the application is this (1MB download). In case it is no longer valid, simply go to the download page and search for the latest download link.
Second, you need to download the display language you want to use. All the download links can be found on these pages, depending on your version of Windows 7:
Download 32-bit Windows 7 RTM MUI Language Packs
Download 64-bit Windows 7 RTM MUI Language Packs
The language packs are quite large (between 29 and 149 MB). Therefore you might need to wait a bit until they get downloaded.
Step 2: Install the New Display Language
Double-click on the Vistalizator.exe file you just downloaded. The Vistalizator application window opens. Click on the ‘Add languages’ button.
This opens an ‘Open Windows language pack(s)’ window. Browse to the location where you downloaded the new display language you want to use, select the display language file and click Open.
You are back to the Vistalizator application window, where the selected language pack is loaded. Click ‘Install language’.
Vistalizator takes some time to make the conversions and install the new display language. This process takes a few minutes. On most modern computers it should be done in about 5 minutes. However, if your computer is older and works more slowly, it can take up to 15-20 minutes for the process to end.
When done, the application asks if you want to make the language you just installed the new display language. Click Yes.
You are informed that you need to exit the program to restart the system so that the changes take effect. Click OK.
You are back to the Vistalizator application window. The new display language is shown in the list of installed languages. Click Exit.
You are asked to confirm that you want to restart the computer. Close any other running applications or open documents and click Yes.
The computer now reboots. Once you log in, the new display language is used by Windows 7.
In case of issues: Some people reported having problems with this hack. It can happen that, at some point after using this tool, you get error messages saying that «This copy of Windows is not genuine», even though you have a genuine copy of Windows 7. Инструкция по русификации Windows 7 с помощью Vistalizator представлена ниже.
1) Запустите программу Vistalizator, выберите язык интерфейса программы.
2) Добавьте языковой пакет в программу, для этого нажмите кнопку Добавить языки и выберите файл пакета.
Для 32 и 64 разрядной Windows языковые пакеты разные, ссылки на них:
— для Windows 7 x86 (32-х разрядная): скачать
— для Windows 7 x64 (64-х разрядная): скачать
3) Программа начнет читать файл.
4) Нажмите кнопку Установить язык для запуска установки языка в систему.
5) Процесс установки может быть довольно долгим, все зависит от мощности Вашего железа.
6) После завершения установки языка в систему программа попросит подтвердить замену языка, соглашаемся (кнопка Yes).
Соглашаемся на перезагрузку компьютера (кнопка Yes).
После перезагрузке Вы увидите русифицированный интерфейс Windows.
На заметку: большинство гаджетов использует javascript и поэтому не работает при отключении его в браузере.
