«Microsoft Windows SDK» (Software Development Kit) — это программный пакет, необходимый для создания программного обеспечения для ОС Windows.
По названия программы становится понятно, что мы имеем официальный пакет элементов, который предлагает нам компания «Редмонда». Кроме того, что программу можно скачать как «автономную», этот софт еще инсталлируется вместе с официальным программным софтом под названием «Visual Studio». А еще вам стоит иметь ввиду, что у нас представляется оригинальный веб-инсталлятор, он сам вычисляет версию вашей «операционки» и скачивает под нее необходимое программное обеспечение.
Программное обеспечение «Microsoft Windows SDK» содержит библиотеку, заголовки, отличный инструментарий, документы и много других элементов для проекта. Вес скаченного и инсталлированного ПО примерно около 2 Гб (зависит от сборки ОС Windows). В случае надобности можно устанавливать только некоторые элементы из «Microsoft Windows SDK» главное не забыть их отметить «галочкой» на определенном шаге инсталляции. Usually commercial software or games are produced for sale or to serve a commercial purpose.

Рассмотрим порядок действий.
1. Скачиваем Microsoft .NET Framework 4
по ссылке,
онлайн установщик
dotNetFx40_Full_setup.exe
устанавливаем в папку по умолчанию
C:Program FilesMicrosoft.NET
Для установки оффлайн можно по ссылке
скачать автономный установщик dotNetFx40_Full_x86_x64.exe (48 MB).
2. Скачиваем Windows SDK for Windows 7 and .NET Framework 4
по ссылке,
онлайн установщик
winsdk_web.exe
устанавливаем в папку по умолчанию
C:Program FilesMicrosoft SDKs
В процессе установки может выскочить ошибка
Installation of the «Microsoft
Windows SDK for Windows 7» product has reported the following

Для устранения можно воспользоваться советом с
ресурса
– удалить ранее установленный Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable,
должно помочь.
Для установки оффлайн можно скачать файлы образов ISO по
ссылке. Из загруженных следует выбрать образ
GRMSDK_EN_DVD.iso и смонтировать его с помощью какой-либо программы-эмулятора CD/DVD-дисков.
В результате установки будет создана группа ярлыков Microsoft Windows SDK v7.1
и в ней ярлык Windows SDK 7.1 Command Propt, обладающий свойствами

Это ярлык запускает командную строку Windows с оптимизированной для MSVC 2010 средой. Однако,
в 64-битной ОС среда будет сконфигурирована с опцией x64, в то время как библиотека
Qt 5 – 32-битная. Чтобы исправить данное обстоятельство, необходимо в инициализирующей строке ярлыка
добавить соответствующую опцию, а именно

The Microsoft Windows Software Development Kit (SDK) Update for Windows Vista provides documentation, samples, header files, libraries, and tools you need to develop applications that run on Windows. This release of the SDK supplies updated compilers and documentation.
The updated compilers are the same ones that recently shipped in Visual Studio 2005 Service Pack 1. This SDK also includes the samples, headers, tools and libraries that shipped in the Software Development Kit for Vista in November, 2006.
This download contains the SDK only. To build .NET Framework 3.0 applications, you must have .NET Framework 3.0 Runtime Components.
This release of the SDK is intended to replace the Windows SDK for Vista. If you have already installed the Windows SDK for Vista and you want to install the Windows SDK Update for Vista, you will need to first uninstall the Windows SDK for Vista.
