Основное назначение МедиаПлеер Classic – это его функциональность. Разработчик не стал придавать большое значение оформлению. Во внешнем виде соблюден принцип минимализма. Но не всех устраивает такой подход. Поэтому стремлению поменять обложку проигрывателя есть у многих пользователей. Все темы Media Player Classic предусматривают изменение дизайна и размеров окон, кнопок, индикаторов, стилевого оформления плейлистов, эквалайзеров, зрительных образов, DSP-эффектов и других элементов интерфейса. Некоторые скины имеют собственную анимацию и звуки. Расширение файла обложки «.png».

Для изменения дизайна сначала потребуется скачать новую тему в виде файла, а затем выполнить ее установку. Загрузить новый скин для плеера можно двумя способами:

1. из интерфейса программы;
2. с сайта разработчика.

В обоих случаях обложка сначала загружается на компьютер с ОС Windows, а затем выполняется ее установка. Источник файла-обложки один – веб-ресурс Media Player Классик.

Через интерфейс проигрывателя

Чтобы загрузить новую тему для классического проигрывателя, пользователем ПК выполняются следующие действия.

• Запустить Медиа Плеер Классик.
• В меню сверху выбрать раздел «Помощь», затем пункт «Загрузить темы для панели инструментов».

• Откроется страница веб-сайта разработчика в интернет-браузере.
• Выбрать понравившийся скин, нажать под ним кнопку «Загрузить» («Download»).
• Выбранная тема будет загружена на компьютер в виде файла-архива.

После загрузки понадобится установить скачанный файл темы Media Player Classic. Используем приведенную инструкцию.

• Найти загруженный архив и открыть его.
• Выбрать в архиве файл «toolbar.png».

• Скопировать его в каталог с установленным проигрывателем МедиаПлеер Классик. Обычно директория находится по адресу: C:Program Files (x86)K-Lite Codec PackMedia Player Classic. Файл плеера называется «mpc-hc», рядом с ним и нужно положить «toolbar.png».

• Перезапустить программу и проверить обновление обложки проигрывателя. Внешний вид приложения должен поменяться, согласно настроенной теме.

С сайта разработчика

Этот способ предполагает скачивание обложки с веб-сайта вручную, не используя средства медиа-плеера. Выполняются следующие шаги.

• Открыть веб-браузер и перейти на сайт загрузки скина.
• Из представленного списка выбрать понравившуюся панель инструментов для плеера и нажать ссылку «Download…» под картинкой обложки.

• В появившемся окне нажать кнопку «ОК».
• Дождаться окончания загрузки архива в формате «.zip».
• Открыть папку со скачанным файлом.

Дальнейшие действия по инсталляции обложки в интерфейс программы аналогичны приведенным выше операциям. Также копируется файл скина в директорию с приложением Media Player Classic на диске «C». Открыв программу, можно увидеть новую обложку.

Смена логотипа

Кроме скина в медиа-плеере также можно изменить логотип, расположенный по центру экрана (заставку). Делается это за несколько действий.

• Открыть медиа-проигрыватель.
• Выбрать раздел меню «Вид», пункт «Настройки».
• Слева перейти в подраздел «Логотип».

• Пользователь может выбрать один из предложенных стандартных вариантов или загрузить новый «лого» из файла.
• После выбора нажать «ОК».

В центре проигрывателя появится новое изображение. При загрузке из внешнего источника в качестве логотипа может использоваться даже анимация.

Установка данных скинов очень простая, по ссылке скачать скачивается zip архив в нем есть файлы формата .dsf это и есть рабочее расширение скинов, нажмите двойным кликом на него у вас запросят подтверждение на перемещение в папку скинов, далее вы увидите новую тему оформления программы. Условие здесь только одно, проигрыватель должен быть заранее установлен.

Все скины находящиеся вверху отдельно можно скачать одним архивом, вес у скина небольшой по этому данное можно позволить. Варианты установки две, первая это тыкать на каждый и устанавливать. Второй вариант проще, скачиваете архив и перемещаете все файлы скинов .dsf в папку C:Program FilesDAUMPotPlayerSkins. Далее все скины можно попереключать в самой программе нажав на пустом месте правой кнопкой далее Скины.

Особенности скинов для PotPlayer:

— Пункты меню могут быть не на русском (основное меню настроек на русском)
— При активации скина запрашивается доступ копирования на диск C:
— Чтоб удалить скин достаточно его удалить с папки Skins она находится в папке куда установлена программа.
