I would say a) because «bombard» means attacking someone/some place with bombs, meaning that social media violently overloads these people with too much information.
Replace bombard with overwhelm and see if the meaning is clearer for you…

Every day is very important for people, we all have an unforgettable day but I don’t have the most unforgettable day I try to make my days enjoyable I spend my days with my friends and my parents. With my family I talk about my day, we try to spend our time very happily and with my friends we play different games, go for a walk… this is how I try to make my day unforgettable.

The secret, Chiang says, is to «begin by knowing that you have already arrived.»
But unsatisfied with his new life, Jonathan returns to Earth to find others like himself to teach them what he has learned and to spread his love for flight. His mission is successful, and Jonathan gathers around himself a flock of other gulls who have been declared outcasts themselves for not conforming. The first of his students, Fletcher Lynd Seagull, ultimately becomes a teacher in his own right, and Jonathan leaves to teach other flocks.

Before the spread of social networks people advertised their business in special companies. Before having a good business the most important thing is to have good advertising.
Social media, magazines and shop windows bombard people daily with things to buy, and British consumers are buying more clothes and shoes than ever before. Online shopping means it is easy for customers to buy without thinking, while major brands offer such cheap clothes that they can be treated like disposable items – worn two or three times and then thrown away.
In Britain, the average person spends more than £1,000 on new clothes a year, which is around four per cent of their income. That might not sound like much, but that figure hides two far more worrying trends for society and for the environment. First, a lot of that consumer spending is via credit cards. British people currently owe approximately £670 per adult to credit card companies. That’s 66 per cent of the average wardrobe budget. Also, not only are people spending money they don’t have, they’re using it to buy things they don’t need. Britain throws away 300,000 tons of clothing a year, most of which goes into landfill sites.
People might not realise they are part of the disposable clothing problem because they donate their unwanted clothes to charities. But charity shops can’t sell all those unwanted clothes. ‘Fast fashion’ goes out of fashion as quickly as it came in and is often too poor quality to recycle; people don’t want to buy it second-hand. Huge quantities end up being thrown away, and a lot of clothes that charities can’t sell are sent abroad, causing even more economic and environmental problems.

Обращались ко мне с таким вопросом, периодически эту тему делают из за рубежа , мой оказался из Польши лет ему было примерно 20, не всегда используют прокси, отправил скрин типо отправки денег, под ссылку вставил местоположения) отправил ему его адрес сразу же заблокировал меня) (клиента) и больше не писал

да кстати читал недавно что этот развод именно с точно таким же содержанием письма сейчас активизировался, мошенники тоже в кризис видимо попали))
некоторые ведутся, особенно те кто боится быть «рассекреченным за непристойным занятием»
у меня больше в спаме писем про то что «вы выиграли сто мильонов/дома/машины и мешки с золотом»)) но недавно вот была история когда пытались развести на авито, мол «купим товар но только через доставку и надо сейчас внести деньги за товар» на поддельный сайт бест-авито или что-то подобное, так что если кто тоже на авито продает — будьте осторожны, там тоже мошенников куча.
