Метод без разблокировки загрузчика
Способ для продвинутых — ВСЕ ваши действия на ваш страх и риск!
- Официальная прошивка на основе Андроид 4.4.4 (если иная, то придётся поставить, потеряв все данные на внутреннем накопителе)
- Заблокированный загрузчик
- Нам понадобится системный раздел от Xperia Z3. Прошиваем через Flashtool как обычную прошивку
- Загружаемся, пробираемся через вал ошибок в настройки, делаем общий сброс
- Делаем быструю настройку. В Функциях для разработчиков выключаемПроверять для USB, включаем Отладку и Фиктивные местоположения, в Безопасности разрешаем установку из Неизвестных источников.
Переводим планшет в Режим полета - Подключите включенное устройство к компьютеру. нужно разрешить отладку
Возможно потребуются драйвера для Z3 - Запускаем giefroot для SGP621 (LTE) или giefroot_v3_sgp611_fix1 для SGP611(WiFi 16GB) и SGP612(WiFi 32GB) и получаем «рут».
- Рекомендую сохранить ТА-раздел с DRM-ключами при помощи программ TA-backup или flashtool, чтобы была возможность для маневра если дальнейшие шаги не будут получаться.
- Установить XZDualRecovery (архив для установки с компьютера — ссылка на актуальные версии есть в шапке).
- Заходим в рекавери делаем wipe system.
- Прошиваем из рекавери архив с подготовленной прерутированной прошивкой (где её взять далее по тексту).
- После окончания процесса прошивки выполнить wipe cache/dalvik и перезагрузиться.
Если giefroot не срабатывает, говорят помогает это шаманство
- PRFCreator — скачать и распаковать в любую удобную папку
- прошивка в формате .ftf — скачать и сохранить в любую удобную папку
- архив с SuperSU для установки через рекавери — скачать и сохранить в любую удобную папку
- архив с XZDualRecovery для установки через рекавери (ссылка имеется в шапке данной темы) — скачать и сохранить в любую удобную папку.
Запустить PRFCreator, заполнить поля (у каждого есть подпись — не ошибетесь), в поле Include поставить все галки, Sign zip не отмечать.
Нажать кнопку Create.
В папке с программой должен появиться архив flashable.zip — это и есть прерутованная прошивка.

Установка CyanogenMod 12
1. Разблокируете загрузчик
2. Скачиваете CM12 для своей модели и необходимый набор приложений от Google (GAPPS) (ссылки в шапке)
3. Оба архива копируете на планшет
4. Из архива с прошивкой скопируйте файл ядра boot.img в папку c:/fastboot или в любую другую удобную Вам папку
5. Выключаете планшет и подключаете его к компьютеру в режиме Fastboot (зажать громкость+ и вставить USB-провод)
6. Прошиваете ядро boot.img
7. Отключаете планшет от компьютера и входите в рекавери (при включении диод загорится пурпурным, в этот момент нажать громкость+)
8. Нажмите wipe data/factory reset и wipe cache (wipe media — сотрёт вообще всю информацию с носителя, не трогайте)
9. Устанавливаете архив с прошивкой и следом архив с GAPPS
10. Выходите из рекавери и загружаете планшет
11. Настраиваете, пользуетесь

Ну как. Почитайте все преимущества android 5.0. Вот вам первое, чем лучше стоковой. Kit kat все равно мне напоминал старые мои телефоны, и те, все нехорошие воспоминания. Но теперь, по моему мнению, он спокойно может тягается с ios 8 🙂 Как по удобству работы так и по красоте.
От циана добавлено на данный момент: темы, управление режимами процессора,рут из коробки.
А так же кастомизация: навигационных кнопок, шторки, меню выключения, времени и значка батареи.
Время работы в моем режиме работе +- одинаково. Насчет производительности в играх сказать не могу, не играю.
Не работает лишь OTG, после подключения флешки устройство до перезагрузки вообще даже заряжатся не хочет.
Специфичных глюков для нашего устройства не замечено(кроме OTG). Только темные темы настройки корректно не изменяют, но это на всех планшетах я думаю.
После выхода офф обновления до 5, все равно останусь на циане. А смысл? Не уверен, что она будет быстрее циана, притом будет с кучей ненужного софта.
Вопрос к тем у кого установлен cm, у вас работает AudioFx? Вообще никаких изменений от этих ползунков
Вообщем оказывается в настройках google music необходимо включение эквалайзера.
