Я пробовал все на этом сайте, но мне кажется, что я не могу правильно запустить SQL Developer. Я использую Oracle Express Edition и Windows 7. Моя версия SQL Developer — 4.1.3, а версия JDK — jdk1.8.0_101.

Перейдите в папку AppData в домашнем каталоге пользователя ОС Windows.

Под ним находится каталог перемещаемых профилей, а под ним должна быть папка SQL Developer.

В ЗДЕСЬ вы увидите папку system4.1.3.x … — уничтожьте ее.

Попробуйте снова запустить SQL Developer.

Я столкнулся с этой проблемой в системе Windows 10 и Oracle SQL Developer v 18.1

Oracle SQL Developer freezes and locks up computer randomly

I attempted to find a solution to this before posting. I looked through the first 40 pages of this forum and on Google, through the Developer documentation, etc. with no luck.
The problem: while using Oracle SQL Developer, the computer randomly freezes. Things work, but it hangs too often and for too long to use. This is random - it can happen every 10 seconds or every 2 minutes. The mouse will lock up, and the keyboard buffer will get all messed up. For instance, if it happens to freeze while I'm hitting "backspace", it will delete many lines of text (I've lost a bit of work because of this in the past). The freezing will last about 2 to 20 seconds, and the only way out of it is to ctrl+alt+delete and kill SQL Developer.
If SQL Developer is running, and I'm in a different window - it will freeze the other windows as well. Again, it's impossible to use unfortunately. My coworker doesn't have the same problem, and he's connecting to the same database with the same version using Windows Vista. It must be something on this computer. I reformatted about 1 month ago, so it's a pretty fresh install and I haven't installed much of anything yet.
I'm using Windows Vista Enterprise 32-bit w/SP1.
This was occurring with older versions of SQL Developer (1.2). I'm using the newest install that included the Java JDK. I've completely removed Java, my Oracle installs, and a host of other attempts to fix this, and nothing changes. I've tried running the .exe in the bin directory as administrator as well.
Currently using Oracle Developer 1.5.1.54.40.
Any ideas? 

Just to add: I've also tried temporarily disabling my AV (Sophos). The computer has 2GB of RAM and a Core 2 Duo, so I seriously doubt it's due to lack of hardware. 

Ya could have exceptions or waits and such... do a java dump...
Run SQL Dev from <install_dir>sqldeveloperbin -> sqldeveloper.exe
It will open a console for which errors are thrown. Look for any exceptions before it hangs and while its hanging hit Ctrl+Break for a dump... maybe you will see something peculiar there.

I tried dumping the contents, but the java dump wasn't showing anything at all, and it would never freeze while I had the console window in focus, so it wasn't very helpful unfortunately.
I fixed this issue by uninstalling the Java runtime on this machine and installing the Java JDK 6 Update 7 from java.sun.com/javase/downloads . I then downloaded the SQL Developer 1.5.1 version without the Java runtime included, and pointed it to the Update 7 .exe file upon first load.
I was using JDK 6 Update 6 previously, and it must have been behind the errors. Note that the Update 7 has to be downloaded from that website as it's a new version that hasn't been posted on the regular java.com site yet.

SQL Developer doesn’t launch after specifying JDK location

Hello, I have been browsing through the forum to fine the solution to my issue, however I haven't been able to fine one that would work for me. Essentially, I used SQL Developer on my old laptop with Windows 8.1 and never had any issues, but recently I upgraded to a new machine and I can't seem to get SQL Developer to run. When I click on sqldeveloper.exe and provide the location for JDK home, nothing happens later. I have followed the Orcale advice: If you cannot start SQL Developer, it could be due to an error in specifying or configuring the JDK. See Section 1.23, "Java Development Kit (JDK) Location" for more information.) and I have also run the following:  C:sqldevelopersqldeveloperbin>sdcliAvailable features:cart: Database Cart Batch Tasksdba: Basic Batch DBA Tasksformat: SQL Format Taskmigration: Database Migration Tasksreports: Basic Batch Reporting Tasksunittest: Unit Testing Batch Tasks If I understand it correctly, it means SQL Developer is responding and working, but for some reason it still doesn't launch. I would appreciate any help on this. I have upgraded to a x64 machine but I had no issue installing SQL Developer on a work machine, which is also a 64. I'm not sure if this is the Java not responding or maybe something else. I have tries older versions with and without Java development kits but as soon as I type in the JDK location, nothing happens.  Any help is appreciated. Thanks

That is NOT how you launch sql developer - that is the command line processor. The sqldeveloper.exe file in the C:sqldevelopersqldeveloper folder is what you need to execute.

what do you have in your product.conf file?

Sql Developer crashing while installing

Is anyone having issues with the Sql Developer application. After installing any version of the Sql Develper onto a Windows 2008 Server and as soon as I try running the executable after a couple of minutes of the application starting up and I start using it. All of a sudden it just crashes. It literally just disappears out of sight and then I have to run the executable again and again it runs for a few minutes and it just disappears again. Which I could only assume that it continues to crash again over and over again. I have three environments the Dev and Test work well with the sql developer except for the Prod environment for some reason continues to crash with regards to running sql developer executables. 

Same advice as in SQL Developer crashes with wireless trackball ...Sometimes Java and a device driver (typically a video driver) do not play well together. Try starting sqldeveloper from a Cmd console window (...sqldevelopersqldeveloperbinsqldeveloper.exe) and see if you get a JVM dump with a reference to the mouse driver.  If so, attempt to find and install the latest version of the driver.

Unfortunately it still not working. Also I didn't see a JVM Dump. Not quite sure where to look for that by the way. Please I still need assistance. Th#ank you Community#

Just to be clear on what I said in my prior post, here is a screen shot of starting up sqldeveloper from a Cmd window so that any stack traces or dumps should display in the console window.  Just in case a trace or dump produces a lot of output, the screen buffer size height property of the Cmd window should be 1000 or more... Possibly no JVM dump will be created, or does not get logged to the expected directory, as noted in posts in other sites like...java - What can cause hs_err_pid file not to be created on crash? - Stack Overflow  You can also try looking for errors that may be recorded in the Windows Event Viewer.

Check your JDK. Use compatible JDK

SQL Developer Crashing on Launch

Hi all,  I'm trying to start using SQL Developer (version is the one currently available from the site, 17.4.0) without the included JDK. I've already installed an IDE for java development, and felt that the version with included JDK was unnecessary.  Anywho, whenever I try to launch the launch the application in the root directory, the slash screen will display for a few seconds, and before completing start up, the application will crash and the process will disappear from the system. After poking around for a bit, I managed to launch an exe that had a console output. The application crashed again, and output three lines: a hex value and "ANOMALY: Meaningless REX prefix used" I'm running Windows 7 with JDK 1.8 previously installed. When I first launched the sqldeveloper application, I used the prompt to specify the folder that contained the jdk. Any help would be appreciated.  

In order to get the complete error message, and avoiding that it disappers you may start SQL Developer from command line. I googled a bit and the error message seems to be related to the graphics card driver and not to SQL Developer or Java. In order to narrow down the problem you may test your Java installation with at simple Java application, actually the SQL Developer command line version (look at the bottom is an easy way to test it. 

If you already are using the most up-to-date driver for your video card, then possibly changing some settings in your sqldevelopersqldeveloperbinsqldeveloper.conf file will help.  A prior discussion, but a different crash scenario, covers this...sql developer stops running/disappears without error when mouse over some tooltip.  That discussion also references the documentation for Java 2D system property settings...https://docs.oracle.com/javase/8/docs/technotes/guides/2d/flags.html#ddoffscreen

SQL Developer Failing to Open

Recently downloaded (twice, to make sure the first wasn't corrupted) the latest version 18.3.0.277.2354 (Windows 64-bit with JDK 8 included) When I double-click, basically nothing happens. The first time, I got a splash screen for a second but ever since then nothing at all: no splash screen, no error message, no sqldeveloper showing up in task manager, nothing at all. Have I done something silly?  I'm on Windows 10,  and have tried various compatibility settings with colour depth, turned it off and on again, run as windows 7 etc. and I'm out of ideas. I'm not an admin (work PC) but this has not been a problem at other employers when I have used it in the past. Any suggestions?Thanks 

Open a Cmd window, CD to your sqldevelopersqldeveloperbin directory, then startup up SQL Developer using sqldeveloper.exe.  See what messages appear in the console. The most common issues are:1) Problem with a video driver.  Update the driver.2) Problem with user settings.  Nuke your C:Users<UserID>AppDataRoamingSQL Developersystem<version> folder. Cheers

Ah! Good answer, thanks. I actually couldn't run it from there because I couldn't CD to that location because the folder was on a network drive. Transferred to the local drive and tried again and it magically works now. So that's that sorted. Thanks.

В более старых версиях SQL-Developer (не знаю, когда он изменился, но около 4.x), вам пришлось настраивать путь к jdk при первом запуске.
Либо путем редактирования файла product.conf (обычно в папке% APPDATA%sqldeveloper *product.conf)
или запустив sqldeveloper.exe через командную строку. Затем он спросит вас о пути внутри командной строки, а не через графический интерфейс. Это причина, почему вы должны попробовать это через командную строку.

Такая же ситуация в UNIX/LINUX.

В новых версиях он был изменен и больше не требуется.
