Всем доброго времени суток. Решил переустановить свой Windows 7 32-x bit на 7-ку, но 64-x bit. Столкнулся с проблемой: когда запускаю диск с Виндой то пишет следующее сообщение: «This installation disc isn’t compatible with your version of Windows. To upgrade, you need the correct installation disc. For more information, check your computer’s system information. To install a new copy of windows, restart (boot) your computer using the installation disc, and then select Custom (advanced).» Что делать? Вообще можно ли установить 64 бита, используя этот процессор: «AMD fx-8120 Eight-Core Processor». Если кто-то знает решение данной проблемы, прошу отписаться.

Ну ты написал решение в своем вопросе, то есть твой вопрос содержит решение. Грузись с диска, в биосе выстави приоритет на дисковод.
Твоя проблема из того, что ты диск в винде запускаешь.

Судя по описанию установка делается неверно. Надо делать так:

1. Сохранить все нужные данные на любом внешнем носителе (DVD, внешний диск, флэш и т.п).

2. Загрузить компьютер с установочного DVD диска Семерки (см. инструкцию к лаптопу как задать поряднок загрузки если по умолчанию она не с DVD).

3. Установить ОС следуя предложеным шагам. Рекомендуется удалить раздел с существующей ОС и создать новый, в него и устанавливать.

4. Установить апдейты и свежие драйверы.

5. Восстановить данные сохраненные в п.1.

Я сейчас сделал так:вставил диск,выключил компьютер,включил,в БИОСе в boot-Boot Device Priority,выбрал первый пункт и поставил CD-DVD,save and exit

забудьте, что у Вас есть жесткий диск.

В БИОСе поставьте DVD-привод первым в загрузке.

Дистрибутив должен быть уже в приводе.

А 64 не устанавливается.Причём,проводник открывает,что вся информация на диске есть,а при попытке установить появляется сообщение «Неопознанная программа пыт. получить доступ»,я жму на «да»,выводится окно с сообщением:»This installation disk isn’t compatible with your version of windows.To upgrade,you need the correct installation disk.For more information,check your computer’s sistem information.To install a new copy of Windows,restart (boot)your computer using the installation disk,and then select Custom(Advanced)»

при загрузке с диска никаких подобных сообщений быть не может, по определению!

(при «слабых компьютерных знаниях» лучше сначала либо почитать книжки, либо в Интернете покопаться и разобраться. а не «рубить шашкой» :-))

В вашем случае вы провели upgrade установленной висты до 7-ки, так как битность совпадала. Чтобы установить ОС 64bit, необходимо как уже сказали ранее загрузиться с диска. Для этого или в биос поставить в порядке загрузки привод ранее HDD, либо. нажать комбинацию клавиш при загрузке для выбора источника загрузки (на АСУС обычно F8). Собственно об этом сообщение на английском и выдавалось(из первого поста).

всё неверно. Если ставится система с другой разрядностью, то возможно только полная чистая установка (вместо существующей системы или в свободный раздел), при этом загружаться нужно непосредственно с дистрибутивного диска.

А 64-битная программа установки никак не может запуститься в 32-битной операционной системе! поэтому и ошибка

For some reason Win7 SP1 is now claiming my OEM install is not legitimate even tho I’ve been using it for 2 years. None of the three KBs (KB971033/KB4480960/KB4480970) are installed. Yeah, I’m paranoid. Is this another crappy, hamfisted attempt by Microsoft to force me to upgrade to Windows Me v.10? None of the solutions apply to OEM licenses. And if I try to use any MS methods I get a message the key is not valid for activation.

For some reason Win7 SP1 is now claiming my OEM install is not legitimate even tho I’ve been using it for 2 years. None of the three KBs (KB971033/KB4480960/KB4480970) are installed.

As from my experience, even if you can’t find KB971033 update among installed updates listed on computer, it is still worth to run command:

wusa /uninstall /kb:971033

будьте уверены, Ваш Windows не лицензионный! Как так получилось, что у Вас появилась эта надпись? Просто! Вместе со скаченными обновлениями установилась программа, которая при следующем запуске компьютера проверила ключ Вашего Windows, база Microsoft ответила, что этого ключа нет или такой ключ уже используется, извините, вот Вам сообщение, принимайте как есть! Но способ устранения данной проблемы есть! Выполните весь список действий и будет вам счастье.

Решение 1.

Если Windows еще пока чистенький, то проверьте, что именно система просит обновить.
Заходим в » Пуск » Панель управления » Центр обновления Windows » Важных обновлений: «ЧИСЛО» доступны.

Ищем в списке » обновление для Windows 7 (KB971033) » и снимаем галочку в чекбоксе.

Далее обновляйте Windows, проверка не будет препятствовать.

Решение 2.

Если все таки не смогли уберечь Windows и сообщение тут как тут, то помогут следующие действия:

Сначала, Удаляем Обновление для Microsoft Windows (KB971033).

Далее. Заходим в любую папку, (например, Мой Компьютер), жмем клавишу «Alt» » появляется скрытое меню, выбираем » Сервис » Параметры папок.

» Снять галочку с пункта » Скрывать расширения для зарегистрированных типов файлов.
» Переключить радио кнопку на пункт » Показывать скрытые файлы, папки и диски.

Если вы вдруг не нашли по какой-то причине ОСТАНОВИТЬ службу, на выделенной курсором строке, двойным кликом входим в службу, попадаем в ее Свойства, и нажатием кнопку » Остановить.

Далее идем сюда: C:WindowsSystem32
Находим 2 скрытых файла с расширением

.C7483456-A289-439d-8115-601632D005A0

Далее. Выключите свой антивирус, на 10 минут (если вам необходимо больше времени, отключите на большее время). Активируем систему активатором. (скачиваем активатор).

Запускаем EXE файл, ждете 30 секунд. (После перезагрузки системы, Windows будет активирован).

Не забудьте поменять фон рабочего стола, вместо чёрного фона.

• Винда была крякнутая, поработала пару дней и появилась эта надпись в углу —  «This copy of Windows is not genuine» и при каждой загрузке предлагает лицензировать.

  Подскажите средство от этого, если есть, т.к. все, что я перепробовал, не помогает.

  Подхватил обновление… Надо что-то типа ЭТОГО искать для удаления.

• Пробуй CHEW-WGA
  Последняя версия — 0.9

  Она и обновление удалит и винду активирует.

• здесь почитайте — дейтсвия понятные и более безопасные, чем запускать неизвестный экзешник, в котором мой Симантек нашел трояна.

• Причиной сообщения является установленный апдэйт KB971033.
  Можно попробовать его удалить и снова накатить активатор, но успех маловероятен. Поэтому, скорее, поможет откат (восстановление) системы на момент нормальной работы (без сообщения), удаления данного обновления и последующего отказа от его установки (центр обновления windows —> обязательные обновления —> KB971033 правый клик —> скрыть обновление)

A less common reason for these activation errors is if malware has attacked your computer so that the valid activation files you had before the infection are now corrupted or missing. Windows can’t verify the authenticity of your copy of Windows.

How to Fix ‘Windows Is Not Genuine’

You can try several things to fix the “Windows is not genuine” message, but which one is best to try depends on your situation and what you see, so read through the various tactics below before getting started.

Enter a Valid Product Key

If this is your first time using your computer since you installed Windows, but you haven’t yet entered the product key, the best way to stop this error is to enter your product key to activate Windows.

You can change your Windows product key through Settings in Windows 11, or Control Panel in Windows 10, 8, 7, and Vista. Changing the Windows XP product key is done through the registry.

Another way to enter a different product key in Windows is through the Run dialog box. Open it with WIN+R and then enter the following:

slui.exe 3

You’ll get a prompt where you can type the product key.

Reset the License Information

This fix for “Windows is not genuine” errors resets the information used to activate Windows. If the information is valid but somehow corrupted, this should remove the error.

1. Open an elevated Command Prompt.

2. Type the following, followed by Enter:

   SLMGR -REARM
   

   If you see an error message, try this instead:

   SLMGR /REARM
   

3. Wait for the command to finish running.

4. Select OK on the “Command completed successfully.” pop-up message.

5. Restart your computer.

6. Follow any activation instructions if you see them after Windows starts back up.

Disable the Plug and Play Policy

You might be able to fix the “not genuine” error by disabling the Plug and Play Group Policy object. This might be the case if the Network Service account doesn’t have the proper permissions to access the HKUS-1-5-20 registry key.

1. Open the Run dialog box with the WIN+R keyboard shortcut.

2. Type the following, followed by Enter:

   rsop.msc
   

3. Go to Computer Configuration > Windows Settings > Security Settings > System Services.

4. Locate Plug and Play from the list.

   If Plug and Play is set to anything other than Not Defined (look in the “Startup” column), then continue with the next step.

   If you see Not Defined in that column (like the image below), then these steps will not work to fix the “Windows is not genuine” error.

5. Locate the Group Policy listed next to Plug and Play.

6. Change the Group Policy setting to Not Defined.

7. Open the Run dialog box again via the WIN+R keyboard shortcut and then enter the following, followed by Enter:

   gpupdate /force
   

8. Restart your computer.

9. You might need to complete some activation instructions after Windows loads.

Apply the Proper Registry Permissions

If the above steps didn’t work to fix the error about Windows not being genuine, or you couldn’t complete them because of what you found during Step 4, you can try adjusting the permissions Network Service has to access a specific registry key.

1. Open Registry Editor.

2. Locate HKEY_USERSS-1-5-20.

3. Right-click S-1-5-20 and select Permissions.

4. Choose Add under “Group or user names” if NETWORK SERVICE isn’t already listed.

   If you do see it, skip down to Step 7.

5. Type network service in the text box and select Check Names.

6. Select OK.

7. Select NETWORK SERVICE.

8. Put a check in the box next to both Full Control and Read, under the “Allow” column.

9. Select OK.

10. Restart your computer.

11. Complete any activation prompts that pop up after Windows loads.

Delete the KB971033 Update

If Windows 7 won’t activate properly, there might be an issue with an update installed via Windows Update, specifically, one for Windows Activation Technologies (KB971033).

If you know that your product key is genuine, removing and reinstalling this update could solve this problem.

1. Go to Start > Control Panel.

2. Open Programs and Features.

   If you don’t see that option, go to Programs first and then Programs and Features.

3. Select View installed updates on the left.

4. Search for KB971033 from the list of installed updates.

5. Right-click the update and select Uninstall.

6. Select Yes on the confirmation prompt, and then wait for Windows to uninstall the update.

7. Restart your computer.

It’d be a good idea to now check for updates again with Windows Update and then install any available ones, like a fresh version of this KB971033 update. It might not make sense to reinstall the same update that caused the error in the first place, but the update could have been installed incorrectly; trying again will allow the update another chance at installing properly.

Check Your Computer for Malware

A virus is an unlikely reason for a “Windows is not genuine” message, but you can’t rule it out without checking.

You can use plenty of programs to check for various types of malware, including on-demand scanners, spyware cleaners, and full antivirus software programs.

Another option is a bootable antivirus tool. These are useful if you can’t even boot into Windows to run a scan because they work before Windows starts. You’ll need a flash drive or disc to use a bootable malware cleaner.

Reinstall Windows

Находим службу » Защита программного обеспечения (Имя службы: sppsvc). Делаем эту службу активной (выделяем курсором) и слева нажимаем на ОСТАНОВИТЬ службу. Не закрывайте это окно, сверните его.

Если вы вдруг не нашли по какой-то причине ОСТАНОВИТЬ службу, на выделенной курсором строке, двойным кликом входим в службу, попадаем в ее Свойства, и нажатием кнопку » Остановить.

Далее идем сюда: C:WindowsSystem32

и удаляем их (Поиск по папке Вам в помощь — В окно поиска вставляем .C7483456-A289-439d-8115-601632D005A0 и удаляем оба найденных файла (если не удаляются — пишет, что используется системой, тогда вы не остановили службу Защита программного обеспечения (Защита программ), вернитесь на шаг выше и повторите еще раз это действие).

Вернитесь к оставленному открытому окну Защита программного обеспечения (Защита программ) и Запустите остановленную службу . (или, если закрыли окно, зайдите опять в службы » Пуск » Компьютер (правая клавиша мышки) » Управление » Службы и приложения » Службы.
Запустите остановленную службу » Защита программного обеспечения (двойной клик) » Запустить » Применить » ОК.).

Далее. Выключите свой антивирус, на 10 минут (если вам необходимо больше времени, отключите на большее время). Активируем систему активатором. (скачиваем активатор).

Запускаем EXE файл, ждете 30 секунд. (После перезагрузки системы, Windows будет активирован).

Не забудьте поменять фон рабочего стола, вместо чёрного фона.

For some reason Win7 SP1 is now claiming my OEM install is not legitimate even tho I’ve been using it for 2 years. None of the three KBs (KB971033/KB4480960/KB4480970) are installed. Yeah, I’m paranoid. Is this another crappy, hamfisted attempt by Microsoft to force me to upgrade to Windows Me v.10? None of the solutions apply to OEM licenses. And if I try to use any MS methods I get a message the key is not valid for activation.

For some reason Win7 SP1 is now claiming my OEM install is not legitimate even tho I’ve been using it for 2 years. None of the three KBs (KB971033/KB4480960/KB4480970) are installed.

As from my experience, even if you can’t find KB971033 update among installed updates listed on computer, it is still worth to run command:

wusa /uninstall /kb:971033

Like last time 8th January issue caused by KB971033 update being inserted into one of bigger update packages — it may then be not listed in Installed Updates in CP.

This version of Windows is not genuine

I have just received my device back from repair yesterday and everything seemed to be working fine. I logged in this morning however and found the «this version of Windows is not genuine» at the bottom right of my screen.

When in for repair, they performed a data wipe as expected, all files deleted and I’m assuming they’ve done something to Vista too? (There will be a very angry phone call to them tomorrow, I’m sure of that!) Now I’m getting this message and I don’t know why.

If anyone could help it would be much appreciated

ETA: I have just seen the post above and have tried re activating by phone but I got an error SMS and was directed to the Microsoft website

my advice to you is to take it back to them ASAP and demand it be fixed correctly

we have no idea how or what vista version they installed on your machine

you can follow theese steps if you wish to

1. click start, and in the Search box type : slui.exe 4

2. press ENTER on your keyboard

3. select your country.

4. take the p hone activation option, and hold on for a real person instead of following the automatic prompt process

· when you do the phone activation process hold on for a real person to explain to there instead of following prompts for automatic scenario

To verify Date and Time are correct:

· Click the Start Button on the Desktop

· In the Search field type Date and Time and press enter

· Verify the date and time is set correctly

Retype the Product Key:

· Select System Properties on the Taskbar

Reactivate by Phone:

Note: If your Operating System is Windows Vista SP1 or earlier you will notice you do not have access to the Start Button as Windows is in Reduced Functionality Mode.

If the Operating System is in Reduced Functionality Mode below are the steps needed to download and run the MGA Diagnostic Tool:

· When you login to Vista, a window with several options will be available, select the option to open your Internet browser.

· A window will come up prompting to “Run” or “Save”, select “Run”

· When the MGA Diagnostic Tool starts running click the “Continue” button, when the diagnostics is complete click the “Copy” button.

· Paste the report into a thread in the appropriate Windows Genuine Advantage forum

the repair shop has done the work which you have paid for

as i said we do not know how or with what disk they did it with

down the end of my 1st reply is a section about running the diagnostics tool to find reasons for your problem and that report then has to be reposted in a different windows genuine forum

and that makes a lot of work and time wasting for you

i thought it would be easier to get them to fix it

if they won’t or can’t fix it get your money back and follow the above steps or take it to a local reputable computer repair shop as you had something wrong with your computer in the 1st place to take it in for repair

insurance companies do not like to pay for sometihng that has not been fixed correctly
