So when i start packaging this error pop-up, i think it has to do with the nativization because whatever blueprint i choose to nativizate it happens this. Please any help?

CrazySuspect , KERNELBASE.dll отвечает за взаимодействие между библиотеками. Ошибка говорит о том, что вероятно что то повреждено или не установлено в системе.

Всем добрый день. Буквально вчера пересел с 7-й винды на 10-ю, теперь в анриале возникла такая проблема: при попытке открыть контекстное меню какой-либо кнопки (к примеру, настройки на тулбаре или file, windows, ну и прочие менюшки, которые обязательно нужны для работы) меню просто не открывается как будто кнопки пустые. Такое в движке с большинством кнопок, хотя такие как play и build работают нормально. Может кто помочь в чём дело или наверняка кто-нибудь с таким сталкивался?)

SuperHero70, а зачем собственно ты на 10-ю переходил ? Я посмотрел видео на Youtube про эту операционку. Обычно тем пользователям которым нужна стабильность работы сидят на 7-й. На десятке после обновлений появляются глюки, которые исправляются в последующих обновлениях. В основном на 10-й сидят гэймеры из-за игр. Но и то из-за глюков иногда часть из них переходят обратно на 7-ю.

Попробовал в файле SourceSample_GridPublicPlaceholder.h закоментировать:
//#include «Interfaces/GridPawnInterface.h»
class SAMPLE_GRID_API APlaceholder : public AActor//, public IGridPawnInterface

Теперь проект открылся, но не запускается: UE ругается на ошибки

(PS: Знаю, вопрос, возможно, глупый…. Но я ведь еще новичек в UE)

gamescreator, нужно читать внимательно инструкцию:

Install
Clone this project to ${YourProject}/Plugins/
Generate project file
Compile

Нужно положить скачанный проект в свой проект в папку Plugins.

Если даже сделал всё правильно, но редактор не запускается. Ругается на ошибки. То это значит, что версия движка не соответствует плагину.

Deleted all Mapcaches in Documents, Created Quads for Vanilla with v2game.exe.
Deleted nWo folder in ParadoxPlaza/Victoria2/Documents.
Deleted all trace of NWO from computer.
Redownloaded NWO, put it in my mod folder again.
Came up with exact same error.

Vanilla game works fine.

Reinstalled the game
Got a friend to give me his /My Documents/Paradox Interactive/Victoria II/NwO/
Got another version of Victoria 2, updated it to 3.03
Paradox says it has something to do with the ‘time’ file inside the map cache, but I can’t delete that, because NWO won’t get to the Quad creation before it crashes.

Yep — This issue comes from a corrupt cache during install.

You’ll need to clear the cache folder(s) and restart the game. There’s one in the documents/paradox interactive folder as well as on in your steamapps game folder (under map)

I would suggest removing Victoria II completely by deleting it in your steam file ( Program Files — Steam — Steam Apps — Common) and then when you do that you will find the game is not completely deleted, you will need to go to your documents, paradox interactive and then delete the Victoria II file in there ( Libraries — Documents — Paradox Entertainment) and once that is deleted the game is wiped out of your computer expect you don’t have to pay for a new game from Steam.

This worked for me when a friend suggested it, I had a file missing error every time.

All else fails you can go back to factory settings.

Try running the v2game.exe in the gamefiles directly as an Admin.
Also clear the cache in the Documents / Paradox Interactive / Victoria II / map / cache folder.

Usually it is fixxed however by a fresh reinstall if I remember correctly — you got to make sure that there is no «leftovers» before you re-download it.

3. Go to C:UserswhateverDocumentsParadox InteractiveVictoria II (or wherever your have your documents folder). For me, it just had the files «logs» and «map». I deleted both of them.

Crashes on start up with the error message: File exception in: Virtualfilesystem.cpp line 662 — file not found

This also crashes the computer.

I have: used the Steam library repair function, and re-installed the game, to no effect; deleted the appcache; searched this forum for a similar problem; found one (which was solved by deleting the map cache), then attempted to use said fix but failed as no map cache exists in the Vic II file.

I have, installed via Steam, Vic II; Vic II, a House Divided; and Vic II, Heart of Darkness

Help would be appreciated.

Problem occurs on Win vista and 7, usually related to steam. Figured we should sticky a solution to this specifically, since it comes up a lot.

1) go to wherever you have installed Steam (default is probably c:program filessteam, tho if you check the shortcut it’ll tell you exactly).
2) go into Steamapps
3) go into ‘common’.
4) Copy the Victoria 2 folder to somewhere else (like c:Victoria 2, or better still d:victoria 2).
5) go into the folder you just copied it to
6) find victoria2.exe. Create a shortcut to that file on your desktop.
7) Delete any cache folder in c:victoria 2.
8) delete any cache folder in My Documentsparadox interactivevictoria 2.
9) Run the shortcut you created in 6), rather than running via Steam (and never again try to run via steam).

The key point in the above answer is to delete the map cache folders, not just the one in your steam game directory but the one in your Documents folder. Especially the one in your Documents folder. Find it here:

Thank-you for this prompt reply. I was able to get the game to load, after a couple of attempts, using this process — there is a sneaky cache folder inside the maps folder that was the bug-a-boo (perhaps add that to the «9 Steps to Freedom and Joy» solution?).

I have already attempted to register, sadly this fails also! A key is required and when I use the Vic II key I have, suddenly. nothing happens! I just sit and sit looking at a «work wheel».

I also ran into the exact same problem. Got the Victoria collection package via Steam a few days ago. During startup (Vic2 HOD 3.03) computer crashed. I was able to resolve the issue by disabling all Vic2 DLC content in my Steam library. After that Steam started updating Vic2 to 1.3 version. This version worked even after I enabled all DLC’s again. Could it be that delivered core Vic2 is not the latest and it can’t patch because latest HOD is allready put on top of it? Anyway, hope this helps as future reference.
